It's what you expect - with friendly staff and good outlook and tables onto Square

It's a bit hit and miss really sometimes great hot coffee other times it's just above warm. But the staff are always lovely and welcoming.

Large enough to have relative privacy in slightly different table layout. Service quick even under pressure (queue).Plenty of sanitiser etc. Toilets clean. But what clenched it for me, delicious flat white with a friend.

Normally love it here, but bit baffled as to why they suddenly closed today at just after 3 pm, abruptly kicking everyone out with no explanation! If it was staff isolating, surely it wouldn't have been open at all today?

I've been coming here for years but lately especially on a saturday couple of staff rude when serving you tables are always full & dirty and the surrounding floor

Remembrance Day chaos. 2 trainees on duty and a massive queue with a regular member of staff doing their very best to avoid work. The trainees were excellent. The regular staff member...Shameful.

Always sells a decent coffee as do most coffee shops. Plenty of seats and was kept clean, although the furniture is looking a little tired and in need of an update

The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were friendly. So many tables were still full of empty cups that there weren't many clean places to sit so customers were having to move them themselves.

I called in to pick up a takeaway coffee. It was quiet and only one customer in front of me. Three members of staff present- one clearing the few tables that had been used. A man who wasn't wearing a face mask came to queue less than 2ft behind me, and wouldn't back away when requested, and was quite abusive. There were stickers on the floor and despite me pointing them out, point blank refused to step away. The staff did nothing- I told a member of staff that he wouldn't keep his distance and they did not care and pretended I'd not said anything. Do not buy coffee here if you care about social distancing. I understand the staff must get this all day, but it's 'their' job.
