Casa Brasserie at The Crown Hotel in Cheshire East

Had a fabulous meal here with friends. Great atmosphere, great choice on the menu, meal was delicious. Would highly recommend and will definitely go again.

This is a really nice bar and restaurant. We stayed there for a short break and it is in the perfect location for exploring Nantwich. It's over 400 years old remember so there is not a straight wall or floor in the place but it has so much charm and character.The staff are very friendly and helpful and it was great that there was parking although there are options if it is full.Comfy bed and plenty of hot water so an enjoyable stay.

Lovely roaring fire in the bar lounge to welcome my friend &, I. Very comfortable seating. What I loved is that it has kept history with original fixtures & fittings making it feel solid, safe, homely with quality maintained. A definite must for me to revisit whether alone or with company

Great atmosphere. Seabass meal was fantastic. Unfortunately can't say the same for the chips that other guests in our party had. But didn't spoil the evening. Staff were a credit to the hotel.

Zero customer service on the phone from the manager Alex regarding Covid... just rudeness!!! The owner.. when the manager finally let me speak to her. . was more polite however it was all about the impact on her business (which I totally understand at this current time) but no understanding or willingness to assist the customer.DO NOT pay in advance for anything... and possibly don't go if you require politeness and good customer service. .... This was for a meal not an overnight stay.

Waited over an hour for a sandwich in the restaurant. Waiting staff were not wearing masks and were indifferent when we inquired where our food was. We were told it was going to be five mins. We were just about to leave after ten mins when the food arrived. In the interests of fairness, the adult food was very good. The childs pizza was a little indifferent. If they can sort the service out the place has potential and they may have been understaffed but this was not a pleasant dining experience for us today.

Had a fantastic stay the staff were very attentive and friendly. We ate at the hotel and the food was fantastic a credit to the chef. This place gets busy so may need to book in advance.

I pop in to Nantwich a few times a year and find the Crown restaurant a nice relaxing environment with always a decent meal, although this time a little short on vegetables. Next time will order a side of fresh vegetables. Great beer kept perfect

The Crown Hotel is an historic building with fabulously uneven walls and floors and a beautiful ballroom. The interior is spotlessly clean and stylish and the staff and friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious - except for the onion rings! They are the worst type - cooked from frozen and soggy instead of being deep fried in crispy batter. Otherwise - a fabulous place to eat.
