Used this take away many times before and never had an issue, meal for the family last night and now I have food poisoning. Was caused by the satay chicken skewers, I'm the only one that eats them and everyone else is fine. Really disappointed and feel really unwell, stomach cramps, vomiting, the lot. We won't ever be eating from here again. Used to good definitely gone down hill last few months. Reported to the food standards agency.

By far the most vile food I have ever attempted to eat. Even bear grills would choose his own fesis over the food i was given tonight. I never write reviews which should show how disgusting this food was. It was wet I have never had food wet before, it was like is was dropped in a river for 20 mins.NO taste the chicken balls were rubber like the balls I used to get from kwik save as a kid and bounce around the house. Even next doors cat would not eat, and I have seen that cat eat some questionable things. The rice looked like sewer water. I hope this review stops anyone from eating there

Avoid. Very disappointed. Bean sauce like water. Dim sums are not really dim sums just deep fried chicken wings and other stuff plus seaweed etc. overpriced and late delivery. Sauces are like water especially the black bean sauce. Called to check what happened with dim sums and been told that that’s what it is and that they can’t help me. Rubbish customer service and food really disappointing. Egg fried rice has nothing more in it but rice and eggs. The worst Chinese we ever had.

Missing rice from order. Called restaurant to tell them (I was polite as mistakes happen). I was told that they had definitely packed the rice. When I said it really wasn't, she kept saying that they had included it. No solution offered! Very poor. The food was average but the customer service was terrible!

First time ordering from Chef Iszy, through Uber eats.Food was absolutely lovely! Couldn't fault it, was fresh and tasty. Very good portions too.Unfortunately I ordered through Uber eats and the app automatically put my address to the neighbors, so I missed the first delivery attempt (sorry delivery man!)Will definitely use again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Food was absolutely shocking.No flavour to the food, noodles were burnt. Rice was undercooked and full of grease. Chips were soggy, everything on the order was stone cold.2 hour wait for the food to arrive in this state. Rang the restaurant and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. And I still had to wait for another half hour. Asked to speak to the manager and they weren't available. SHOCKOnly good thing about the order was the bottle of coke

It was easily the worst meal I've ever had from a takeaway.The prawns in orange sauce are disgusting, the Five Stars is unpleasant,the chips had the taste and texture of those a day old, and the mixed grill has so many pieces that are both under and overcooked that it is simply inedible.We tried to ring them directly to discuss it and they told us they would do nothing and rudely hung up on us while we were talkingI would recommend never using their services in the future.

Food was disgusting. Mixed grill was fatty, with meat like shoe leather, veggies undercooked, and chips tasted like yesterday's rejects.King Prawn in orange sauce was like marmalade, but marmalade is usually better.Won ton was okay, as was the egg fried rice. But they hung up on us twice when we tried to complain. Apparently that's how their food always is so there's nothing they can do about it!The only we can do is tell you that their attitude and their food stinks!!

I feel very disappointed with this establishment. I normally do order from here and I do have good experiences however, today I have been extremely disappointed. I've been accused of lying. I ordered seafood noodles to be left with just king prawn noodles.After ringing up I was told I was lying. Here is the proof for the owners of this place to see. There was 5 pieces of king prawns with the rest being noodles. I'm extremely disappointed there was no crab sticks. They didn't try resolve my issue and instead told me to get lost.Stay away from this place if you don't want to be accused of lying.
