Cheshire Tavern in Cheshire East

Just been to this pub/restaurant for a buffet Wake after a funeral. My Son & partner are Vegans and the buffet had nothing compatible with Vegans. I spoke to the member of staff who immediately suggested he do a Vegan burger. These arrived soon after, I offered to pay as they were not included on the buffet, but was told parent not necessary. Great service, great buffet, great burger.Well done to all staff

Was a really nic.e pub. Loved the 80s music that was being played while their. The food was great.

Pleasant airy dining room. Well spaced out clean tables. Nice Paninis. Welcoming staff.

We had a fantastic meal here last night. Food was excellent and the portion sizes are amazing! The young girl who served us was really helpful and made us all feel very welcome. We will definitely be back

terrible service everytime we have been. Unhelpful staff and Waited 2 hours for food and when it does come out items are missing off the food orders or completely wrong. We only live 5 minutes down the road so its our local but its a shame as we wont return for food again. We have been a few times and everytime there seems to be a problem or issue. Definately needs looking into and improving. Im sorry but it could be alot more than it actually is

Excellent food and drink. Staff very good and nice atmosphere.

Tonight was the 3rd night me and the lads from work have had an evening here with a meal and drinks. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, who can't do enough for you. The food is good. So give it a go!

Very poor experience. No chutney with the pate. The Nantwich braised beef dish only contained two small cubes of meat. The veg (carrots and cabbage) came 15 minutes later. I had finished my meal by then!!. The other guests then had their turkey , which looked a much better bet. This was a Christmas meal with approximately 40 guests

Great couple whom runs this establishment, very hands on. Food is excellent. Love the bingo every Wednesday

Really poor food that was microwaved to less than perfection. The service was terrible and you were basically made to feel like an inconvenienceThe fat all over the plate is from the salad. It's not a sauce it's literally oil. Thank goodness my wife chose the low fat option.2 stars because the building is lovely. But heck get someone else in to run it before they destroy the trade completely
