"Originally built in the early 17th century, the building has been restored to enhance and restore many of its original features and is today a stunning hotel, restaurant and bar in the heart of Cheshire. Our restaurant serves everyone’s favourite, seasonal dishes with a contemporary menu produced by our Head Chef and his food loving team. The Cheshire Cat provides the perfect setting for morning coffees, light lunches and afternoon teas or evening drinks – whilst our eleven rooms offer relaxed accommodation in stunning surroundings. A gem of a place that needs more publicity for its lunchtime openings. Its gourmet evenings and special events are usually sold out. The food is excellent , freshly cooked and delicious. The students are all very professional. The prices are extremely reasonable.
