DC Fried Chicken in Cheshire East

Ordered some fries and pizza for the first time, everything was bland, they forgot our sauces and the pizza was oily and disgusting, 1st time ordering from them, what a disappointment.

First time ordering from here, will be the last unfortunately waited over an hour and 20 mins for it to have the delivery driver not be the most pleasant saying we owe £3 for delivery and wouldn’t give us our food unless we did so obviously I gave him the £3 as we were hungry and waited a while for the food, I then called the business up as I paid for delivery on the app, the only good thing was the guy I spoke to Ali, he was pleasant and explained that it was there mistake and that they will take it off the bill next time but unfortunately there won’t be a next time as my chicken was pink and I wasn’t ringing back again after already having an issue with delivery...... disappointed to say the least will stick to our usual place next time.

What’s the point in leaving instructions when not followed. Very stingy when it comes to garlic mayo. My wrap had hardly any salad in it. The worst donner meat in Crewe. Should stick to serving chicken and chips as everything else is just a joke really.

Had good experience twice, 3rd time they were 20 minutes over their estimated time before I had to call and find out where they were (not even on the way with the delivery), unapologetic.4th time we had pink chicken and PLASTIC IN THE MILKSHAKE - clearly hadn't taken it off whatever chocolate they put in the blender - again unapologetic and very RUDE, saying that they just *knew* we were going to complain and that they did everything with special attention, but obviously not. They were over 30 minutes to bring replacements. Will not be ordering again :)

One of the best places for a milkshake and spicy chicken burger!! Would always reccomend this place to anyone that wants a quick light munch.

One star too many. Order completely incorrect. Called a liar after calling to query. Horrible customer service. 100% reccomend ordering from elsewhere

Rubbish customer service. Placed an order came and hour and half late and was freezing cold. The order was completely wrong. Rung to express my concerns they wouldn't replace my cold food, they were rude on the phone. I then told them that I wanted my money back and he told me I'd have to wait an hour for my money back. Not happy with the service or the management and the way they speak to pregnant women fuming isn't a strong enough word for how I feel!

These guys are excellent! Food always terrific, quick delivery . Beats trawling out to you know where for chicken, when they bring it to your door, but better! 5 stars.

Usually very good food, we have used dc chicken a lot and have been good customers to them, however tonight I had large peices of pink uncooked chicken on my kebab. The woman I spoke to on the phone regarding this was extremely rude and did not apologise. Will not use them again due the appalling attitude of the girl on the phone and her care free attitude towards uncooked chicken.
