Domino's Pizza in Cheshire East

The guy behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful had he been born to the trade and raised since then as a helpful person. Sorted out our vegan pizzas (one gluten free) with ease and aplomb - massive thanks for that. We then caught the bus back to the hotel and were tucking in to hot, delicious pizza within 10 minutes. Brilliant!

The delivery drivers doesn’t have any permission to park on your driveway domino’s u need to sort this out as one off your staff had delivered a pizza to my door and they had parked there stupid vehicle on my driveway without my permission… just because the pavement are full doesn’t mean your delivery drivers have to park on my driveway you pillocks …

Very poor service, delivery took 1 1/2 hours and pizza cold, absolutely garbage. Avoid at all cost.

Food took 2 hours to arrive, tried to call several times but no answer! Driver apologised and said the restaurant was busy but the food was stone cold! He obviously was wandering around somewhere or took his time delivering other orders! Won't be ordering again.

Ordered Online, after an hour I rang them up and found out that they haven't even started on my pizza, got a refund still not happy, and im told I will have to wait 3-4 days for the refund that they can just take the money instantly, not impressed one bit.

Luke warm food every time. Clearly send too many deliveries with each driver. Food says delivered 25 minutes before it turns up every single time. Awful.

Awful service. Despite the numerous times we have ordered pizza delivery it is always late. The average time for delivery is well over an hour and the food is always cold when it arrives! And no, this isn't at a busy time of the day. It doesn't seem to matter how many times the same driver delivers and how much detail you give them for delivery they are always lost or late. Tonight's pizza was no exception. Tonight's delivery was cold and so bland I threw it away! I'll never use them again. There are plenty of good independent pizza shops in Wilmslow, which whilst more expensive are a better bet if you want good service and edible food.

Cold pizza this evening and all because Darren “the knowledge” thought he knew best where I live. Up and down my road 3 times ignoring “on phone” directions and RUDE to the point of shocking. I complained of cold pizza his response was well at least your ice cream is still cold! And followed by him saying “If I use Dominoes again to request he doesn’t get chosen to deliver to me.”

I ordered online and it arrived pretty quick. First time I have tried a vegan pizza from here.. It's not too bad, probably because they didn't go over board with the cheese. I'm not a big lover of vegan cheese. No complaints about the other pizzas my family ordered. However a bit more care could go into cutting it 😂
