Currys took an hour an a half to arrive when we were told they would be 30 mins.Naan bread was not usual Indian standards, completely flat, dense and tough to eat.They don’t do popadoms!!!I asked for garlic in my curry and there wasn’t any added.Onion fried rice was plain rice with what looked like boiled onions added. Didn’t taste at all fried and was still white in colour.Very disappointing

I very often order from here Purley because my son actually likes these pizzas , normally I dont have a problem with their service/deliveryBut if I'm honest their communication stills need quite alot of attention,Last night we ordered in plenty of time 2 large pizzas at 5.40pm, my son and his mates were off to the cinema for half 8,we keep waiting and waiting, ringing continuosly to a engaged tone, to the frustration of the pizzas turning up at 8pm,come on guys this isn't fair,You just may have lost a loyal customer.

Extremely bad and disgusting food. burgers drenched in ketchup, stone cold and tastes disgusting. got the order wrong and the price is such a scam. the kid attached to this review saddly died from the disgusting food at flames, food poisoning got him in the end. DO NOT EAT HERE

Been using flames for a whole now, it's never been great but I've always accepted it's cheap and cheerful. But now they sent me a cold pizza saying I live 15 minutes away yet the other food was hot. Manager doesn't care. I wont be using you again.

Horrible burnt chicken in my partners kebab. He couldn’t eat it. Food in general was very poor. Portion sizes were rubbish compared to other takeaways. Won’t be using again

Just had a delivery what a waste of money. Chicken was pink Garlic naan was tasteless and doughy. 2 Onion Bhaji for £2.20 were stone cold rock hard would not recommend at all
