Excellent drinks, snacks and ice cream. As regulars you get a free drink for every six purchased. Always welcoming and a real haven during the Covid crisis, with a system keeping everyone distanced and safe. Good car parking and being on the shore of Astbury Mere makes it very popular.

Had brought 5 coffees and when I asked for a glass of water I was told I would have to pay 50p for the paper cup!!!! Greedy and unbelievable.

Always have a visit at GGs on a weekend if no other plans. A toastie with a biscuit and a coffee followed by a good walk round the lake and surrounding areas.

I travel about an hour to visit GG's on a regular basis for a walk around the Mere. I always find the staff extremely kind and polite, going out of their way to accommodate the dietary requirements of customers. I look forward to be able to sit inside once again as the staff frequently engage in conversation.

I love popping in for a de caffe tea and a 🍰 or toasted sandwich on my way back from the shops. Lovely chatty staff and a beautiful view of the mere. An oasis of quiet in a busy day.
