Always loved the food at Kamfai but it has gone downhill. The food wasn't bad this time but below par to what we were used to. For a start the tubs of food weren't full, as they used to be and the food was very gloppy and bland. We had the Set Meal B for two people. The beef with peppers and black bean sauce was very strange. The beef didn't taste like, or even have the texture of beef. It was slimy and just fell apart?? Probably be giving this place a wide berth for a while.

Good food. They have been going for years always consistant

My new favourite Chinese takeaway have tried many places but this place has to be my new favourite will be order more often now.

Very good tasty food. I've not ordered for a while due to a bad experience in the past around some chicken that tasted off. But we all make mistakes its about recovery. It also can depend on the mood of the chef, how busy it is ? And the pressure on them, or the supplies. So there is always a reason behind bad reviews/ mistakes we all human . Tonight it exceeded my expectations. Always love the man who delivers in a white hat always very polite treats you like royalty. 5 stars well deserved got to give credit where credit due.

Found 3 separate hairs in our food. When I took the food back they did not care. Refused to give me my money back.

Stopped over for a takeaway while travelling on the barge. Food was quick and amazing! Big portions and good tasty food. Can’t ask for any more!

The crispy shredded beef sauce is so intensely sweet/rich it was very difficult to eat, I put it all over my chips so I couldn't actually eat the meal I paid for. What happened to nice sauces? It seems like a super cheap bulk buy sauce and it's literally not ok for humans

We had a Chinese from here tonight and had it before and fine . Well tonight our chicken balls where grey inside and our sweet and sour chicken dried out . We also had the salt and pepper chips well they where hard . So I phoned to advise them in a nice way and no apology said they could make more , well I was done and put off by grey batter in my chicken. So asked for just a refund on those dishes . I went in to collect refund and she asked have u brought the food back ... No it in my bin so she reluctantly gave me my money huff and puffed and gave it to me with no apology again. Never ever will I step foot in there again . Customer service shocking . 👎👎
