KFC in Cheshire East

My experience was I will definitely not be going again, food allover the floor tables were disgusting, staff too busy talking about Id on Facebook to notice, fries were warmed up, customer received 3 sundaes and didn't pay, girl on front wiped her nose on her sleeve while serving, don't think I need to say any more

Absolute disgrace 2 piece chicken meal 1 piece scrag end chicken wing rip off. Try to call them not answering the phone. Will not be ordering from them ever again

Yet again, KFC is problematic. This store charged is for 3 FILLET box meals. Not only did they pack only two, both are ZINGER burgers, not fillet. My mother is a brittle asthmatic and spicy foods badly affect her. My father doubled checked that our order was taken correctly and the woman working said yes. Very poor standard as are other KFC stores.

Absolutely dreadful. Staff arguing with each other, or standing round chatting to their mates. Waited 15 minutes for order that was at the top of the list. Gave us burgers that I could see had been sat there for the whole 15 minutes so they were stone cold. No napkins in the bag which we didn't find out til we had left. Worst KFC in Crewe.

On a very cold day I really enjoy a three piece meal with a Sweetcorn and either tea or a coffee when I ordered the above I was informed that they do not do any hot drinks ?? and when I began to eat my Sweetcorn no butter very disappointed don't think I will be calling again.

Great service. They were quick to process order. Can't remember the guy's name (might have been Tom) he was great, interacted well with us. Thanks

Dirty...unprofessionally run, bad customer service the other kfc in Crewe seems better managed. Better cleaned. Better food. How they have no consistency I do not know..ordered online to collect and waited over 50 minutes for my food, couldn't wait any longer as had everyone at home hungry so got a refund in the end as it still wasn't ready...the whole attitude is who cares well fry more chicken and they'll come back...that maybe but sort that sh&t show of a store out!

One of the worst KFC I ever been to! I asked for the refund - couldn’t eat them! Twister wrap is nothing like it used to be! Very basic for a fiver! I went home starved!

So it was nice. Considering they were short staffed on the day we went, they did really well. The staff were friendly and they did tell customers that they were short staffed but would try and sort orders out as quickly as possible and they did. They cleaned the tables emptied the bins they were helpful when help was required. What more could you ask for. And the food was hot so no complaints from me x

Gravy Xmas triple bucket is a hit and miss. This KFC try to watery your GRAVY, to make the most of the profit, during this festive menu. Also, chicken portion supper tiny and not chips not crispy at all. Such trick is unbelievable spoiling the holiday spirit 🤢
