Lovely roast, friendly staff and very clean pub. I will definitely be returning.

The food was amazing. My husband and I had a roast dinner each and it was perfect. The staff were lovely too - when we arrived we were advised that there may be a delay on out food arriving as the kitchen staff were preparing a buffet but our dinner reached the table less than 15 minutes after ordering.Its location is lovely too and the interior is rustic and suits the area. A genuinely lovely pub for a Sunday lunch!

Fantastic staff, food was excellent and warm, cozy atmosphere to dine with family/friends. Freddie looked after us very well along with other staff adding to a very enjoyable evening. Highly recommended!

Great trad food. Clean and lovely environment. And a great wood burner to boot. Yum. Went back for the first time in over ten years or so... Was really happy that I did.

Dropped in today without a booking for Sunday lunch, with a dog, and were welcomed by friendly staff who found us a table very quickly. Very clean, comfortable pub with open fire. Sunday roast was delicious, and very generous with the gravy (always a plus!). Ale nice too. We'll be back.

A Lovely place!! The food was fantastic and Service was Excellent. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Nice and quiet, standard c&b fare, good service and decent food. No complaints. This one apparently gets overlooked due to the location as there's always a table at short notice.

Excellent very good meal and staff were brilliant. One of our party was taken ill and the Manager was excellent. She kept a cool head and rang for an ambulance and made sure we were all OK. Cannot thank the staff enough.

Lovely place to either sit down with a drink or have a meal. I felt welcomed by the staff they were nice and friendly. Tables have a sign saying that they have been cleaned which was a nice feature. Food was absolutely fantastic and was well presented. Would rate 10 stars if possible. Would highly recommend. Definitely coming back.
