Not in very good condition at the moment suffering from badly infected grass on some greens. The 15th fairway is very bad and needs sorting quickly.

The course has a good layout and great holes , tee boxes and fairways were in decent condition only negative were the greens , very patchy, to firm and dry, friendly staff had a cracking bacon barm and a good selection of beers in the 19th

Nice course, could be an excellent course. Open all year regardless of how wet it is...so good if you're desperate to play but very high roughs, poor bunkers, gets very boggy and too many leaves on some fairways makes it a regular challenge to find balls that's should be easy to locate.

What a shame what the course has become. Got rid of the starting marshal. Writing this on course and the slowest game of golf ever!!! Need someone to marshal the course unplayable waiting 10 minutes every tee! far to many tee times to close together. Use to love this course. Won’t be back for a while.Update. Been to play since, course not too bad considering the rain. Greens have been treated so need time to get sorted. Much better pace, it is mid week though so will try a Saturday again soon.

Greens in very poor condition. The only one that was decent was the 18th right outside the clubhouse. woosies corner is like a swamp .Not worth the ÂŁ20 green fee

Ok first off the price of a round here for the £20 is fair, I think it’s the 15th hole…..? That broken drainage causing some seriously boggy ground really needs sorting because it ruins what could be an exceptional course, the only problems I have are 1: the course isn’t monitored enough for slow play, 2: the greens need a lot of attention, very wet, slow and full of trash from the trees that need either blowing off with a leaf blower or gathered up with a leaf collector, 3: again the course needs monitoring more for players replacing divots on the fairways and repairing impact marks on the greens, on one occasion my ball was unknowingly in a pitch mark from a previous player which made me miss my putt……all in all with a bit more loving the course could be really really good! Hopefully it will get the attention it deserves!

really good challenging course. Good club house. I am not a member but every member I have met are all down to earth. Well worth visiting for a knock

Fantastic course, great layout, a mixture of shots needed off the tees to hit low scores. Played this course as a guest most of the yearRewarding to hit the fairways in the summer, trees are there to punish bad shots. Leaves everywhere this time of year but that's autumn golf for you! Friendly members on course and great staff if the pro shop. Happy to go back time and time again as value for money is excellent. 👍
