Choice of sandwiches limited. Drinks in disposable cups not as enjoyable . Tables not cleared promptly.

Find it rather dark. When old cafe was so lovely and bright. Shame they dont make use of natural lighting

Larger cafe very busy so a long delay in getting my food for which I had to ask a member of staff where we were up too.

Poor customer service, found 2 hairs inside my coffee. Rude girl at front counter. Cold atmosphere. Unimpressed as a long term M&S customer.

Just had the turkey and veg soup. I would have called it onion soup with a few carrots. Where’s the veg and turkey??

Expensive coffee and food and service so slow the queues gi back into the store

Ordered a sausage muffin - sausages were cold so sent them back. Went to use the ketchup and it was out of date ‘best before October 2021’ - got told they can use the ketchup up until the end of the month despite it being clumpy. The response was ‘yeah a few of people have said that’.

Nice food and drinks but not enough staff. Those who were there were run off their feet trying to keep up with clearing tables etc. Well done ladies! J x
