McDonald's Macon Way in Cheshire East

The worst stuff ever. I understand that it's just a fast food but guys cmon, organisation is below zero. They don't care about customer at all, talked to them few times about my order, didn't get it after 40 mins. For your own sake and peace of mind - don't come here ever.

Fast service and lovely food, what you'd expect really!! Just wish there were sufficient table service boards.

Sat in the queue in the drive through for a little longer than is usual which started the whole experience off to a bad start. The order managed to change from order placement to paying window, and then again to collection window. Only really noticed when we got back. Kids were pretty disappointed, but not the end of the world.

Ordered twice now by delivery, missing items again, refuse to drop off and refuse refund all they do is blame the driver and just eat. Yet it’s McDonald’s who prepare, pack and give the food to the driver so how is this there fault.Manager very rude and sarcastic and says it’s not his problem, and we paid just eat not McDonald’s so it’s there fault.Absolute disgrace, but this is what happens when you let children manage restaurants.Also food was cold in delivery which goes against food hygiene standards.And yes McDonald’s this is your fault as you should be checking food is stored correctly before the driver leaves.McDonald’s ADULT management needs to listen and stop this from happening won’t be long before somebody gets food poisoning.#foodsafetyregulations #coldfood #rob-your-money #proper-managers-neededWould of been 0 stars but 1 is the minimum

Great place to eat if even if its fast food. Great for kids due to Happy meals (with a Dreamworks book or toy with every meal - one of my fave franchises - limited time only.) Went with mum - ordered a McPlant burger medium meal - mum said it was OK and I had a limited Homestyle Crisy chicken burger meal - which was very tasty.Was very busy as it was around 6pm but ordering was easy to do, meal came quick, hot and fresh.Thank you x

Today's experience really good! Newly refurbished Place, offering different seat up for sitting. Ordered table service and food came really fast and freshly prepared as ordered custom burger. Have kids play screens where my little one spent half of the time. Clean and family friendly MacDonalds.only missed the smile from delivering person ;)

Food okay but only lukewarm, despite the computerised ordering system. Table not clean from previous diners. Toilets are too small. Car park the worst aspect: awkward situation and far too small for such a popular location. Won't be returning.

Queued for 15 minutes at the drive-thru was asked to wait in the carpark for my order (nothing special) when I finally arrived home to.eat lunch I found it was the wrong item. The chips were extremely cold. I phoned and got through eventually. I was asked to go back, I could not so they offered a voucher. We'll wait

Bought a cheese melt sharebox. The filling was piping hot but the breadcrumbs were rock solid, clearly they’d been cooked twice.Decided not to bother returning to complain and instead use Dunwoody way in future.A manager served me the food, so they must think it’s acceptable to cook the food multiple times.Avoid!

Slowest fast food ever! Over 25 minutes and then food was cold, told by staff when asked how long our food was likely to be sorry we are short staffed, fully understand but that wasn't the question asked... If you were Uber eats or any other delivery service food was waiting for them! Saw the same delivery driver back 3 times before our food was ready!
