Mcdonald's Restaurants in Cheshire East

Tried the new chicken big Mac as they were refusing to sell the beef ones.Way too dry. Too much bread.I think they should have gone for two pieces of grilled chicken in no breadcrumbs. 3/5Won't be buying that again

Very slow counter service, waited about 15 minutes after ordering, no queue in front of me & only a couple of people came in whilst I was waiting. It seems drive through customers get a lot faster service than those ordering in the restaurant. The young lady who eventually served me obviously hasn’t been on a customer awareness course yet. She just came to the counter with my order, shouted out my order number then turned away to return to the kitchen. No “sorry for the delay” or “ enjoy your meal” or “ have a good day”, not even a thankyou. I know these outlets are generally staffed by children but that shouldn’t preclude them from showing a little courtesy.

I'm type 1 diabetic, I ask for a diet coke twice. I double checked at the pay point at the drive through she said yes, it was stated on the screen. By the time I got home my blood sugars were sky high. The lid was popped for diet but it was obvious to my partner that it was infact FULL FAT COKE. if I hadn't checked just after eating I could have gone into diabetes ketoacidosis and ended up in hospital because of the laziness of the staff for not bothering to double check. Disgusting. Could have killed me if I didn't react as quick as I did.

Drive through not bad early morning but normal wait 15 2 20 mins after that. Good polite staff.

Slow service, cold food and coffee, forgot some of the order when brought out to us, the burger looked like it has been thrown around the kitchen, I have been to many McDonald's restraunts over the years, I will not be returning to this one. If I could give NO stars, I would

They get your order wrong almost every time we use it. Often items missing, incorrect and/or cold. We now try and stop and check our order before leaving as so often we get back home or set off on a journey only to discover that items missing or cold. Complaining to McDonald's only get response to go back ... but that misses the main point of take away food ie. you are leaving the store and are miles away by the time you discover the error. If you have to use it, stop and check before leaving.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes for a large 5 piece select meal (when it wasn't even busy), only to find when I got home the chips were smaller than a small. One lad there was dossing arpund the kitchen without a care in the world. Word of advice. Employ staff, not rats.

YOU COUKD HAVE KILLED SOMEONE!!!I ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin without egg because my partner is physically sick by the taste and texture of egg. After taking a bite she noticed a piece of egg stuck to one of tue sausages!!! She immediately threw the muffin (which the dog gladly ate) and was sick all over the sofa!! This is disgusting! Her muffin should have been made up without any contact with egg! It appears this was made with egg and then deconstructed and thrown back together! To say I’m shocked is an understatement! Totally unacceptable! My partner is currently awaiting tests to see if she has a severe intolerance to egg and has been asked to avoid it at all costs!!! I expect a full refund and a sincere apology!!Regards,Matt

Friendly polite staff but I didn't get the meal I ordered from the drive-through and not a single napkin in the bag and non offered. The Big Mac was in a Double Big Mac box though, so well played. I checked the contents of the bag before driving away, but clearly I need to check what's in the boxes as well because the contents may not be as advertised.

Clean, friendly and well run McDonalds, my little boy loved sitting near the TV screen at the back of the front counter and laughed every time the monopoly man appeared.
