McDonald's in Cheshire East

Utter chaos!We waited 15 minutes from the point of ordering. Our number then went off the screen and we wondered where our order was. I asked a member of staff and it ended up our food was by the door with fly’s flying around it!? The order was half done and just left there, they must of thought they had given it us as the number had gone off the screen.2 stars as the member of staff was very helpful and wasn’t actually dealing with the takeaways.The whole place was utter chaos, felt sorry for the staff. Food was piled up the staff didn’t know what was what. Wont be coming to this McDonald’s again.

Really slow service, there was a massive backlog of orders which the staff did an amazing job of working through, but having worked a long shift, I immediately regretted getting in queue for food, as I just wanted to start my long journey home.3 stars as they did do a great job and apologised for the delay, but could have done with someone in the car park setting customers expectations prior to getting in lane.

Would definitely leave 0 star review if possible.Took twenty minutes queuing at the drive thru to order, which isn’t too bad, but to wait another 45 minutes to receive the food is unacceptable. 2 items were missing when it finally arrived.The overall impression is that nobody actually cares in the slightest, and there is nobody in charge or running the place.

Clean & tidy, piping hot food served very quickly & we appreciated the table service. We visited at lunch time & the place was packed out, but the staff weren't phased at all. Well done Maccies, my Spicy Chicken burger 🍔 was delicious 😋.

35 minutes for 1 meal, 1 happy meal and a box of chicken nuggets, 3 times my husband asked for a refund and they said it was coming, staff frantic and seemingly unsure of where to be or what to do, kids crying. Awful

Terrible experience, made a click and collect order via app. Waited in excess of 15minutes in store to be served order ( big mac meal, 1/4 pounder meal, happy meal & tripple cheeseburger). Waiting area overly busy, order sent out incorrect (2 happy meals instead of 1 and each contained a mix of wrong items) All 3 burgers and fries were cold, not even warm. Not sure why given how busy they were, I'd of expected the food to be hot of the grill! Should've returned but couldn't face going back into the over crowded area.

Me and my family been to this Mc this afternoon around 12pm. It was a lovely experience! Great customer service and staff cleaning tables ever so nice! There was a gentleman who gave my daughter a cap and flag to play with. She loved it! Also baby changing facilities spot on! Thank you so much for making that visit amazing for us especially that it was my daughters first time❤

Fast food? Yeah right… 1 hour & 20mins waiting for food via Click & Serve this evening. Turns out they had lost the order. No sorry. No offer of a refund. No manager or team leader to be seen. Wasn’t just me in the boat. Shower of s***!

I don't eat McDonald's stuff, too small and tasteless.I went with my granddaughter to get stuff for others.Dreadful, several UBER eats drivers shouting at the staff, staff shouting back.Couldn't order a big Mac with only gherkin on the order machines.Told the server what I wanted, he said OK, it came with cheese.45 minutes to get what I didn't order.Glad the "food" wasn't for me, it was for my wife, she fancied a burger !!Doubt she'll want another.I went home and had edible cheese on toast.

McDonald's restaurant, no point reviewing the menu as it's all exactly the same as every other place. Staff were pleasant, premises were clean and the speed of service was ok.
