Miller & Carter in Cheshire East

Our server, Abby made us feel welcome & relaxed immediately. She was really friendly without being intrusive or fussy. Our meal was absolutely delicious. The steak was succulent, tasty pepper sauce and their onion loaf is heavenly. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere and lovely staff. We had two starters with a Sitloin Steak each (together with side trimmings) and certainly were not disappointed. The food was cooked to perfection, arrived promptly and tasted fantastic.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the meal was superb. Absolutely loved it. Catherine who was our server was brilliant, extremely helpful, efficient, courteous and had a very cheery personality. Could not fault our visit on any way and look forward to coming back.

Meals served quickly. Steaks seasons perfectly. We were advised again by Catherine on the steak to eat for the evening on our 3rd visit. Ribeye was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly again. The beef dripping sauce is so so good however it takes away from how perfect the steak tastes. No complaints at all .. again!!

Our server Catherine was absolutely amazing. Such a lovely lady and made our visit really enjoyable and comfortable. The food was incredible and drinks again amazing. Can’t fault anything at all. Thank you so much to Catherine!!

Went o a Saturday lunch time & it wasn't as busy as I expected, service was great. My husband and I both had the two course fixed price menu.Can't complain for the money

Beautiful from beginning to end. Our server Cheryl was delightful, made us feel at ease and kept us giggling throughout. The fillet steak was the best I've ever eaten! Cute little birthday detail on my friends dessert just topped the night off perfectly 👌

Delicious Valentines steak. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Its a lovely old house turned into a nice restaurant.

We went for our uncles 75th Birthday and wanted something special. We chose this restaurant after a terrible visit to their Stockport branch and we were not disappointed!Two people in our party were wheelchair users and had accessible vehicles which are quite large as they have gold out wheelchair ramps. A staff member came out and helped us park these vehicles advising where would be best for us. So the top class service started before we entered.Food was excellent and I have an illness which means I eat very slowly. They were very accommodating and didn’t rush the mains, they allowed me time to finish the starters and not be rushed. (Stockport branch brought theMains whilst I was still eating the starters!!).This was the first time my uncle and my mum had been to a Miller and Carter although they had heard us talk about it often enough.My uncle rated his fillet as “the second best steak he had ever had” (he said the best was one he made and so couldn’t say that was bad 😂.My mum loved her meal and understood why we say good things about this venue.My son was paralysed a few months ago and so has recently come out of rehabilitation. I had promised him a steak when he came home and so he was a member of the party. He had the T-Bone and loved it.Staff were excellent and Amber even had a bit of banter with my uncle regarding his Guinness which he loved. Amber was an excellent waitress and very friendly and patient.Only slight downside was my wife missed the berries on her dessert that should have been with the dish. Only a small oversight.We would and will definitely return.
