Nando's in Cheshire East

First time we have been, and we were impressed, the restaurant is really nice, clean and has a nice atmosphere. The, staff were welcoming and friendly service was great. Was more expensive than I thought it would be, but we will definitely going back, just not as often as the kids will want to.

The first time I went here, the chicken was a bit dry and the flavour wasn’t really there. The second time was much better (could also be because it was a dine in but that shouldn’t really affect it that much).It’s pretty standard. I get the lemon and herb and just add hot sauce on the side. I liked the peri peri fries and coleslaw.They also have NHS discount so make sure to have your ID ready.

Hardly any chicken for the money. I don't know where they find such small chickens. New smartphone based ordering system is a huge pain. I don't want to create an account on Nando's website to order in a sit down restaurant. What about people with accessibility problems, the blind, the elderly? In the end it takes ages to order. What was wrong with using human waiting staff who could take the order?

Two of us had lunch at Nando’s Crewe today. The food was delicious but even better was the excellent service from Alex who greeted us at the door, made us feel very welcome, and also talked us through the menu and the new options as neither of us had been to a Nando’s recently. We’re visiting family in Manchester and over the past week have unfortunately experienced a lot of awful customer service in shops and restaurants so this friendly young man was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Alex! We’ll be back 😊

We've never eaten inside here, but have ordered take out many times. Never had a bad meal, and the food is always consistently good.The only reason it's a 4 ⭐ and not a 5, is that whilst the food is consistently good, they also consistently keep giving us plain fries rather than the Peri Peri fries we order. Seems to happen every *almost* every time.

Terrible service. We go to Nando’s all the time and I always have the same thing (a burger off the menu but on a wrap instead of a bun) yet for some reason today it’s “against company policy” to modify the dish. How hard is it to put chicken on a wrap instead of a bun? It’s absolutely freezing in here, colder than outside. I shivered the whole way through my meal. Extremely disappointed in the service we’ve received today which is why Nando’s have lost a good customer.

Absolutely disgusting branch of nandos.Pictured below is how I received my wrap. Also that tomato is from the burger which looks like it was picked up off the floor. Cold food.How the hell can you justify charging this much money?? Do you not train people how to wrap ? ( it's obvious they aren't actual credible cooks but come on )Called the store and spoke to the manager who was nice enough. I feel sorry for her.

I'm usually a creature of habit and order the same thing, but tonight I was tempted to try the Sunset Burger. Don't get me wrong, I know that company food pictures are nicer than the reality but come on! What I had delivered looked like there'd been a fight to get the chicken on the 'bun' and the Lettuce gave up on life with only two sad pieces making it on to the burger. The garlic bread is a huge cry for help too! I will say the Peri Peri Chips were perfect though so I guess 1 out of 3 isn't bad...

Popped into Nando’s for lunch, on entry we were greeted by a polite young man who asked if we wanted to sit in a specific area and then he showed us to our seats, asked if we had recently visited and then told us about the new guidelines. We ordered and our food came and it was delicious 😋 omg 😱 simply lunch but very tasty 🤤. Restaurant was very clean and pretty and there’s parking outside! I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area. Thank you Nando’s

Excellent takeawayHaven’t had one from here during lockdown didn’t think it would be as good but it was perfect and will come again soon 🔥 🐔One improvement would be to allow selection of the sachets of saucesApart from that it was spot on!
