For me the best chippy in Crewe!Portions are larger than most, the batter is just the right amount, the fish is good and the chips are nice - what more do you need ?!Lovely staff too. Have almost always found a rush or a queue when going there - a confirmation for me that a lot of people like it too.

Used to be the best in crewe now the worst fish was terrible!!! Took it back and they give me an even worse one!!!!

Recently fancied chicken meat from the skewers behind. Unfortunately the chicken meat was disappointing, swimming in some additional sauce added after cutting, not nice. Not in any hurry to go back. Chips were nice as always

Horrible customer service, at one occasion they have mixed up the orders and on the second occasion, I have waited patiently for 20 minutes to order my food, the staff completely ignored me, letting two different customers in front of me. I went to a different place right after and got served within 5 minutes. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not return.

I had a normal portion of Donor meat and chips, the portion was huge, both donor meat and chips were lovely and perfectly cooked. The place was very clean and staff very friendly. Will definitely go back when in Crewe

Avoid this place! we bought fish and chips with curry today, this was truly disgusting, the worst fish and chips i ever seen. The person who was serving my husband was smiling and saying its fresh.I wish i could post the picture of it.🤮Dont waste your money, honestly.

I was looking for an easy tea and remembered reading good reviews about Neptune. I ordered two large fish and chips and mushy peas and it was just under £15.It wasn't until I got home that I realised the mistake I'd made, as I opened the two boxes and found the whales inside!!The fish was absolutely enormous and really chunky. The chips were delicious, best I've tasted in years. Excellent value for money, really impressed.I'll be back...but for only one portion!!

Brilliant little chip shop. Great food even at lunchtime mid week. I still travel in from the next town over for it. 10/10

Absolutely spot on as always. The chips are great quality, we had a burger box, their homemade chicken curry with chips and a small fish.The curry is full of flavour, very filling. Their home made onion rings are also delicious, as is the (not so) mini fish (it's actually massive!). Very good value for money and has become our favourite chippy!
