new ruby in Cheshire East

Delicious food. The rice is never bland or dry, the meat tastes fresh an is juicy. I've tried other places in congleton an they're just not as nice. Nom!

Good food, but for the last few times, they have somehow forgotten my order. After the specified time the order was meant to arrive, i have had to call in to see where the order was, only to be told it has not been prepared. This is 4 times in a row, so i get the hint and will be taking my business elsewhere. It’s especially annoying when you have guests with you and waiting for the order.

Can not believe I just paid £4.60 for chips and curry sauce . What a rip off

Can only really echo the mixed bag sentiment. The actual taste of the food was nice but we paid almost £6 for salt and pepper chicken and what arrived was a small portion with a few measly chunks in it. Really disappointed by the overall value for money. Dominos would have been cheaper for more food.

When ordering I asked delivery time, was told 45 minutes to an hour. Rang back after not receiving any food 1 1/2 hours later. Was told we are just cooking it. Food arrived over 2 hours since ordering. Food was poor quality and bland, won't be ordering food from them again. AVOID

Everyone's food was seeemed nice but my food order was wrong I asked very clearly for no veg in my chicken In ok sauce as I hate onions etc that's in the dish n it came full of them which put me off having to pick though my meal b4 I could eat it i find this so irritating i knownit sounds picky but when you spend £80 you expect to get what you ask for especially when there was only 2 special requests in the whole order not sure if were gonna use again as the noodles are full of beansprouts which iv never come across b4 and would never irmf ordered sorry but when you spend 80 you expect it to be correct

Still waiting after 2hrs of paying for order, then I ring and ask where my order is ? only to be asked if my name is Lousinda and do I live at number 21, go to 21 and they still waiting for their meals. What a bloody joke I'll not use them agen

Rubbish service got order completely wrong and had a right attitude with us on the phone when we rang up and that was the manager from the takeaway absolute cheek really bad never going again and I don't recommend this to anyone ile stick to valleys in congleton Town really good service in there and always fast to deliver

I have been a staunch customer of another Congleton Chinese for a while now. My sister recommended this place the other day.Glad she did. Standards had dropped at the other place. New Ruby is fantastic. The lady I've spoken to on my 2 orders in the last 5 days is very friendly. Quick delivery both times. Another order will be going in before the week has finished! We'll worth a try.

Just enjoyed the BEST Curry I've had in many years - the Ruby Special Curry Delight!The meats chicken and king prawns were perfectly cooked with tasty onions & large quartered mushrooms, blended together with the perfect curry sauce. I had it with chips which were a surprise delight & the free prawn crackers were most welcome.Their menu is extensive & very interesting too!Many thanks 🤗
