Waited over two hours for food wouldn’t offer any refund and manager not available.Shocking service

Took 40pounds off me never delivered the food and now i can't get my money back.

Ordered 3 pizzas that never arrived, status said they were delivered but never came. Restaurant wouldn't answer their phone. Had to contact deliveroo to try to get a refund. Shocking service.

After a 3 hour wait my order was not delivered. When I called the restaurant they kept hanging up on me. Eventually they did respond with a go F-Myself. I paid for my order on card and it never came.

Pizza never arrived, repeatedly lied about when it was out for delivery. Horrendous, go to Dominoes.

STICK WITH DOMINOS!Ordered pizza for delivery , they mistaken it for collection when I put online delivery! My pizza's are currently sat in the store , they said theybare sorry for the mix up qnd will send it out qnd it will be15 minuets... this was half an hour ago. The store is now dodging my calls.First time ordering with papa jhons , I will most definitely be sticking with DOMINOS.

Pizzas were an hour late, cold, looked and tasted like they had been made the day before. Waste of money, would have been better buying a £3 one from aldi. Gross.

We ordered 2 pizzas on a deal. We thought we’d have a take away for speed instead of cooking. We ordered the pizza at 8pm and it didn’t arrive till 10.15pm we received a phone call 10 mins after we ordered asking if we could collect, my partner had a drink so could not drive to collect we told them this and they said ok it will be half hour. Half an hour came and still nothing. We rang at 10.00pm to ask for our money back and they said no and said it is with the delivery driver. The delivery driver turned up and it was stone cold and soggy wasn’t even edible. We had to bin it so might as well of thrown money down the drain. When we asked why it was late they said they had one delivery driver on. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. Will never order from these again. COWBOYS! Also asked if you can pay by cash must be a tax dodge thing. AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY!!

Its a great pizza place and the best tasting pizza like always. Nice people who take care and listen.
