Went in for a casual drink with some of mates about 12 of us for his birthday after we went out for a meal about 30mins in a rude waiter warns us is that all we are drinking.and said we weren't spending enough money to stay. Kicked us out 10 mins later even after drinking. Never again !!!!

Not the greatest experience, granted we probably went in at the wrong time (early evening on a Saturday) but the staff were not welcoming at all, it’s an extremely dark place and the clientele rude with a lack of respects for others. I’m sure it was great when it first opened but standards have certainly dropped, plenty of better places to try if you do venture into Alderley Edge.

Must visit this place if your ever in the area, salt n pepper mushrooms are exquisite!

Awful service. Waited nearly half an hour to get a drink before we walked out.

Been here a couple of times and really enjoyed it. But never again!!!I came here with a group of mates on a Saturday night, we had ordered a couple of drinks and then the rude waiter was patronising and said is that all your ordering. I politely responded and told him/her that I was driving and my mates had just ordered shots. The waiter then rudely told me that we would have to leave as their is a minimum spend is £50 per person. They are money grabbing thieves and fail to follow any form of covid safety guideline with the bouncer breathing directly in your face along with the waiter.

Awful rude staff, bouncers think they run the country and obviously have so much insecurity they love to patronise and execute their ‘authority’ over a group of 20 year olds for being young… nothing good about this place at all, was told we couldn’t sit upstairs as we had to spend £50 a head (£200) total after we had just ordered a couple of drinks. Left immediately after, obviously some sort of wannabe and money obsessed peoples hang out gaff. Would give it 0 stars if I could. I suggest victors or piccolinos instead as a much better atmosphere and respect for everyone.

Absolutely horrified how I was spoken to. After being let in from the bouncer we were approached in such a hostile way and asked to leave with a sarcastic smile. After the woman confirmed with the bouncer that we were let in by him she continued to be rude so we left on our own accord. Not only this but we were the first in the queue and three sets of people were allowed in before us. Absolutely disgusted.

What a venue, with 2 great spaces with the up stairs being refreshingly light and airy. Love the bright and breezy exterior, very photo friendly. I have only great things to say about the food and staff! The food was beautiful with fabulous flavours and selections! Even a gin tree! The bar is a light and bright space to enjoy a beverage what ever the time of day.

I was asked to pay a deposit for a Valentines booking made over a week in advance. I then received a text only a couple of hours before our meal stating that it had been cancelled and to ring them for a return of deposit. After several requests I still have not received my deposit back. A truly awful experience and quite possibly a financial scam. Be warned!

Have just been to a "Baby Shower" held at this beautiful Bar. The decor was absolutely fabulous and the whole staff could not do enough for you. A very enjoyable afternoon and will certainly visit this Bar /Restaurant again. Thank you.
