Ordered 3 simple pizzas last night, however they ALL went against their “freshly made” promise.The margherita, meat and cheesy garlic bread pizza tasted nowhere near fresh nor look it. It was bland, tasteless and tasted like it was cooked from frozen like an Iceland £2 pizza. Food from here is going downhill, it’s such a shame as they used to be great years ago.

After a late train back from manchester we needed food. Most places were closing so we decided to try here. A bit jubious as iv never been. So impressed the lady was so friendly , food was so fresh and even read food allergen comments (no where in town seems too unless we call !) She even held the door open as I left. 10/10

Ordered online two pasta meals for collection. Meals were both excellent, and were ready at the arranged time, too. Both were very generous helpings. Highly recommended.

Ordered online with no problem, collected within the time stated and my seafood pizza was waiting for me. Absolutely delicious! Will certainly come again.

I did a 4 star review as I’ll admit the food was nice when we previously ordered. Last night (16 May 2020) we ordered just a burger w/chips and a piece of chicken but was given a free Pizza when they came to deliver Which was pretty kind of them-(I will admit the service was fast couldn’t fault that in any way). But around early hours in the morning me and my partner have had excruciating pain in our stomachs and always feeling the need to throw up. It’s a shame as I used to like ordering from here but I’m afraid that order will have to be my last. Hopefully they will improve before someone takes serious action.

Absolutely disgusted with our order. We ordered a 14” doner and pepperoni pizza which tastes awful, it had a strong texture of grease and it has gave me and girlfriend both diarrhoea and sickness. Will never order from here again and the man over the phone was very rude.

The food from here was cold and of poor quality. Our order was 20 minutes later than said and when it did arrive there was a kebab missing. When we phoned to explain, we were told not to waste their time. The missing kebab arrived 2 hours after we'd ordered. The man at the end of the phone was rude and dismissive. Customer service and satisfaction is zero. I will NEVER order from here again. Hot Spot is so much better.
