I come in everyday and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Kris even manages to have my tea poured before I’ve ordered it most days. Great service :)

I was served by June (I think, I tried to look at her name badge on the way out), lovely lady with short blonde hair. She was friendly and efficient, which is exactly what you need when you're trying to make a train.

Young man was solo with massive queue and managed it well

Its at a train station so be prepared to pay an extortionate price. only thing im prepared to pay for is a hot chocolate, which i had. £2 for a small, cold croissant does not appeal. Friendly enough service.

I was getting coffee here and the man working on the counter (bald, middle aged, short) started shouting at a girl for asking for a glass of water. Made me feel uncomfortable as the man on the counter started dragging other customers into it saying they were being inconvenienced by her asking for water. Avoid unless you want to experience rude and threatening customer service...

Totally unbelievable. The cafe closes at 9:30 but they close the indoor seating area before 8:30 and take in the outside chairs at 8:45. The manner in which it was done was rude with no attempt to provide any form of decent customer service
