On the menu they offer a set menu for 12 people or more. I know it was a Saturday night but when we asked can we have the set meal we where told in a very cheeky way that you can't have that!! On a SaturdayNo where on the set menu does it say you can't have this offer. And after emailing them regarding this in a nice way they have just dismissed the whole thing. Which to me is very poor customer service 😕Other then that the food they served was nice

This was our first visit and we weren't disappointed!! From the minute we arrived to when we left the service and ambience was amazing. Then the food - wow!! The best pizza have ever tasted. My wife had the chicken cacciatore and again beautiful. I know the saying we'll be back is the normal- but we booked our next visit whilst there!

In addition to the service charge (the price of the food and drinks) this establishment adds an extra American-style "service charge" of 10% to the bill. What for? If the £28 I paid for my steak isn't the charge for the service, what is that £28 for? This is clearly a sign of shady business practice whereby the employer can keep more of the gross profit made by underpaying their staff and passing the responsibility on to the customer. This is not the USA, and "tipping culture" is not welcome - pay your staff (including your employer's NI and work-place pension) and just charge your customers the prices in your menu. Tipping should be an opt-in, not an opt-out (not that this was an option). The food is wonderful, but this nasty shock at the end of the evening spoiled my experience. This is not okay.
