Excellent service from Ella and the boss! The food was absolutely first class not had any better Indian cuisine anywhere, will be back soon! 👍👏

Great place. World's largest prawns.

·

The food we ordered was delicious. The portions you are served are not too much, so we were not uncomfortably full. Would go again as I would love to try a naanwich.

·

Food was okay, service was okay. Made the mistake of not checking the bill properly before paying (due to the amount of alcohol we consumed) got home and realised we had been charged for drinks we had not ordered totalling nearly £60. Not a lot we can do now. Not sure how the mistake was made, the Restaurant was not overly busy.

Have been wanting to dine here for a while. Delicious food & lovely atmosphere. Early-bird menu reasonably priced and plently of choice on it (lamb & chicken & vegetarian etc.). Thank you for the meal.

Satisfying and genuine North Indian food.I’d been meaning to review Gupshup for a while. But as it’s almost on my doorstep so to speak, I was usually en route elsewhere. When eating with friends, it’s not conducive to conversation to whip out one’s phone and jot a review. There are concessions to the neighbourhood. Smart decor and meat off the bone. I forgot if the chicken dishes eschew breast meat for the far superior dark meat.I had the Rogan Josh which hit all the right notes, dark cardamon was evident, with bits of sourness from the tomato. It’s not on par with Prem Dhaba in Karol Bagh but more akin to that that at the Maurya, sans the awful traffic to get to either place. Now one might say that Lal Qila in Rusholme does this better, to which I say they don’t have the same wine list and yes, that is a Petrus 2004. This is Hale, after all.

Just arrived very early for a family get-together, but couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome here. Amazing decor, such lovely staff and can’t wait for a delicious lunch. The menu looks gorgeous :)

What a pleasant surprise visiting here. Really classy restaurant, great atmosphere. Think of it as a well lit restaurant that happens to serve tapas style curry dishes. If you're used to a traditional Indian, you will notice that a few traditional dishes are missing (e.g. No Peshawar Naans, Pilau rice, etc) but it's good to choose something different. All in all, an excellent evening.

GupShup is a rather special restaurant, the dishes are spiced so cleverly, full of flavours that excite your taste buds, you may not see your favourite curry on the menu here but don't worry the wonderful staff will guide you to a dish that delights !.

The food was just amazing, especially the thalli. If you aren't planning on drinking Kingfisher or any other alcohol, I highly recommend the not so raita, I amazing. Would definitely be back here.
