Springwood Park Table Table in Cheshire East

My girlfriend and I recently had Sunday dinner there.(mother's day).the service from Mike,,Mark,,and Ian,,was fantastic. The food was very well served and cooked to perfection. I try to treat my very hard working girlfriend to have dinner as often as I can, and this place we've found has been the best to date..Well done everyone from Michael and The love of my life Janet.

Have been a few times now, nice food good portions and the staff are very attentive and friendly.

We popped into this beefeater whilst passing through Macclesfield. Our first ever experience of dining with the beefeater brand.Arrived early Saturday so more or less empty.Staff were polite and attentive but the food was of poor standard.I had a Mixed grill, the egg fried egg was undercooked and snotty - the steak portion of the mixed grill was a tatty overcooked scrag end which really was inedible ( I left it along with the snotty egg on the side plate but staff didn’t question why )All meals were poorly presented.We’d not have popped onto Google to leave a review and we’re happy to put it down to a bad experience if we’d not arrived home later in the evening with our child who ate the fish bites of the child’s menu being violently sick all evening followed by the same the following morning.The poorly cooked meals and presentation followed by what we believe was an incorrectly cooked child’s meal has left us disappointed with what could have been a lovely venue and experience.We are not the type of people to cause a scene or embarrass ourselves or the staff and so didn’t feel it right telling them how we felt when handing over out hard earned money. , more importantly I don’t believe I should have to explain to someone how to improve on what should be basic skills from any member of kitchen staffs

We eat at The Springwood on a regular basis. Great menu, lots of choice, presentation superb, food cooked to perfection. Fantastic atmosphere, staff excellent, very friendly nothing to much trouble for them. Love eating there csn highly recommend.

Not sure its a place i will revisit. Service was good but slow, staff seem great from what i saw and maybe under staffed.For a Sunday lunch the choices were limited to one option as they had sold out of everything (including a wine option).The Rib meal on the table opposite looked and smelled good though.Maybe it was a staffing and supply issue.

Went to spring wood park for xmas dinner, the starter was beautiful but the main dinner was a total let down, all the veg was really hard, the Yorkshire pudding was very dry, I ate the turkey which was nice and the spuds but left the rest, as we had all finished the waitress came and brought us the gravy, but late then.The xmas pudding was really nice also.I know they have a lot of people to serve but over a hour from the starter to main course was ridiculous, we went in at 1pm and finally finished our food at 3 pm, they seemed more bothered about the large party’s they had in rather than the smaller groups, I cannot fault the steaks they had weeks prior to this but as for the xmas dinner, I won’t be booking again total let down.Staff friendly and run of there feet.

Been to Springwood Park on numerous occasions for breakfast, lunch and meals for special occasions. Wide choice of Food and is always excellent. The staff are all friendly and one member of Staff in particular Mark is great, friendly and provides outstanding customer service all the time. I would highly recommend beefeater Springwood Park 100%.

Kids food was good the fillet stake was cooked as asked but very tuff and over cooked on outside service was very slow had to ask to ordered puddings but they did not take away the dinner plates until they came back with the kids pudding. Never came back to ask if food was good or if anymore drinks were needed. Felt we were just left in the corner and forgotten about.

Fantastic service food arrived ten minutes after ordering. For starters the chicken was nice and crispy and the peri peri sauce had a nice kick to it. For main course chips were hot upon arrival and burger was nicely seasoned.

Went for a family meal as were treated rudely by their Bamford Arms restaurant and glad we did.Staff were attentive but not over attentive.Food was good and we had a good time. This restaurants portion of beef crisp was a decent size and only half this size portion is given at Bamford Arms.We had a voucher to use and we managed to use it without any problems.We had 3 disabled people in our party which included 2 people with autism. Staff accommodated very well in a quieter area which was much better for our party. It is little details like this that make eating out so much easier and more enjoyable and for that we are very grateful.
