Starbucks in Cheshire East

Came here first thing on a Sunday morning and we were the only two people in. We placed our order and the staff member said she'd shout when it was ready. We ordered two flat whites a ham and cheese croissant and a cheese and ham toastie.Drinks and food were of the usual high standard although each item of the order came out separately so a trip to the counter each time an item was ready. Would definitely come again.

Staff are always soooo miserable here. You feel like a real inconvenience being a customer! Asked for a receipt and got tutted at!!!! Product is typically Starbucks quality, but the staff really let this store down. Hospitality is isn't! Perhaps they should remember who pays their wages.

Nice clean coffee shop with friendly staff. My order was taken by a blonde young lady who was engaging and polite. Order was done quickly and efficiently. Good value for money. I spoke to a handsome chap who was the manager, he was chatty and appeared to run a tight ship.

Light, spacy and airy interior. Quite pleasant to chill out in, the usual good quality of Starbucks drinks and food. HOWEVER, during the whole 30+ mins I was there, the dirty tables were not cleaned.It was early evening on a Sunday, there were less than 5 customers in total in the facility. Therefore, the staff had no excuse for such laziness.On this occasion I did not have time examine the toilets.

Rude staff, unpleasant experience to only order our coffees, they were looking at each other, laughing and making rude faces in the front of the customers. No manners, no customer service at all. The whole place is filthy, it was 9am in the morning, the place was empty and yet, all tables and chairs were dirty. Toilets are disgusting, we decided not to use them. We decided to take out our breakfast and coffees because it was so unpleasant experience. This place needs new management, train your spotty kids to some manners and do regular cleaning.

We were very underwhelmed by our recent visit to this Starbucks Coffee Shop.After being greeted by the most unpleasant smell when we entered the building and NO Gluten Free choices in the chiller cabinet, we were then very disappointed by the Flat White coffees.They were wishy washy and tasted bitter.The service wasn't great. The staff were indifferent, and despite it not being busy, there were several dirty and uncleared tables.We will not be returning.

old staff were so friendly, approachable, made good coffee. this was a nice environment. everybody left including managers and this went down the drain. rude staff, swearing infront of customers, talk of 'stealing' customers coffee points for themselves when unclaimed (Shane). unprofessionally bragging the amount of pumps of syrup going into my drink when it was actually the incorrect amount. not had a good coffee here for months. seen lots of old regulars in Costa elsewhere.

The staff are really hit and miss. I once arrived at 7am to grab a coffee before a long journey south. No staff to be seen behind till but I could see them having a conversation in the staff room.When one girl finally came out, she seemed physically pained that I even dared to ask for a coffee...At the end of the day the place is Starbucks, but seriously need to look into the attitude of some of their staff.

Still have great staff even though they have struggled to recruit. Now area managers seem to think 0830 to 1630 opening hours is now acceptable despite being fully staffed. Perhaps if they opened up fully Business levels would increase to what it was before. Such a shame.

Young man with the blonde hair was way more interested in his phone than serving me. I was the only customer and it took him two minutes to turn round, stop texting and acknowledge me, and even when he did there was no apology. He was rude throughout serving me and not once did he say thank you, or please.
