Avoid my partner went last night day after showing food poisoning symtoms a meal from here was last thing she ate last night

Been struggling for years to actually find a decent take away and a friend recommended Sun Sing, I can now say we have finally found one 😀...The staff were really nice both on the phone and in person when collecting the order. The food was piping hot even after A5 mile drive home...The food was the best I've had from a take away for many years and would highly recommend to anyone. All the dishes tasted delicious especially the duck in black beans, 😀😀😀...Great place which I will be visiting again in the near future 😀😀👍👍👍👍👍👍

We haven't been here for over a year because the food went from really nice to absolutely terrible. I don't know if they had a new "Chef" or what on earth happened but it was so bad, I even taught myself how to cook Chinese food at home from scratch and it ALWAYS goes down great for all the family.We've not had a great day today and time ran away from us. I was so hungry and needed to eat quickly so I could take my medication so I suggested picking up a simple chicken omelette and hips from Sun Sing Nantwich out of convenience because we live so near, surely they couldn't screw that up I said out loud to my partner who laughed!What I've just received is disgusting, no exaggeration whatsoever. There were 11 chips in total, that was it. The chicken was grey, full of ventricles and other gross coloured stringy bits.As sure as the grass is green I will NEVER order from here again, not as long as I have breath in my lungs will I even entertain the thought! Not if all the Chinese takeaways in Nantwich and surrounding areas were closed. This place has gone so far down hill it's closer to hell than anywhere else.

Wjhat a lovely treat for mothers day ,duck in orange sauce with boiled rice and chicken foo yeung and fried rice ,nicely presented ,delicious food ,quick and polite staff definately made the right choice going here !thanks for an awesome meal Sun sing .

No stars. Zero. Service was awful - 45 minutes late. Food full of vinegar. Awful - absolutely awful. Tried this place to make a change and try something new. Really wish I hadn’t bothered or wasted my money. Stay away is my recommendation

Great food. Pleasant staff. Not too expensive. What more could you want?

Great food at a extremely reasonable price myself and 5 other diners had starters mains and several beers each for only 150. The lady of the house, we called her mother, because she looks after you like one, was fantastic. Great food, Great service, can't go wrong. Beats Chopsticks hands down.

Average food. Ordered takeaway which was obviously pre cooked and heated. Beef was stone cold. Not much flavour and they could put a bit more veg in and not raw onions.Sesame prawn toast was good but overall i will not return. In an easy position to get walking trade from bar and club.Walk a little bit further to a better Chinese in the town.

Food exceptional. But female delivery driver tonight - never had this before- arrived 15 mins + early before we were home and was rude. Not sure if we will use again even though guy in takeaway apologised may be use if we do not have this delivery person. May change to copstix etc instead

I ordered the Shredded chicken chow mein (I rang to make sure they understood what I wanted- noodles with chicken shredded in and no sauce) the girl said yes so we placed our order. On collection my friend noticed her meal was a chicken chow mein (not what she wanted) the chinese refused to refund her so she had the pay for the correct meal. On return I noticed I had the same, I rang to complain and spoke to the manager- who in turn was rude and refused to correct my order stating that I placed the order wrong. Customer service was disgusting, even the food was appalling. Very greasy and tasteless, never ordering from here again.
