Friendly staff, lovely food if not a big appetite, go for the 'lighter options' as they are ample enough. Even the sandwiches which I had came with massive nachos (could have had chips instead as an extra but would only if nachos are not your thing). Had a brownie to share. The staff were happy to supply an extra spoon and plate. Great place for lunch.

Lunch - sometimes you get what you pay for. Evidently you can spend a lot here, but you still get more than you pay for. The pefect ambience - that's the right word for comfort, congenial hosts, the open fire, distance between tables.. whoever did it they made a great job. And that 'heritage' is carried forward in the service - helpful, genuinely wanting your experience to be as good as theirs is - evidently. What are you waiting for! (Food was good too!)

It's an absolute must that you visit The Swan, lovely atmosphere, amazing food, friendly chef and the ambience is incredible. Brilliant front of house service and all the staff are so customer focused. Excellent will be back again.

£6.40 for two lattes is outrageous and it was lukewarm and it wasn't a great taste. Although the barman did heat it up when asked. I've bought coffee in almost every venue and this was the most expensive and way down the line for quality. Didn't complain as i bought for a friend.

Loved this place.weve stayed in many hotels over the world but this was the most warming of places and most enjoyable breakfast.it was delicious.100% recommend.

Excellent food and drink , really nice place .

We ate at the pub on a Tuesday lunchtime. It was very quiet with only a few tables occupied. That said, the food was excellent, the staff were attentive and the cost was very reasonable.

Food smelled delicious even though we didn't have any food. So cosy. Lovely decor. Dog friendly.

Fabulous stay at the Swan Inn. Stayed in room 1, lovely hot showers and quality bedding. Had a delicious Sunday lunch next to the open fire, the next day. Great friendly service. Would definitely recommend 👌. See you soon.
