Superb place. Always something going on, car shows, pub quizzes and fantastic food. I was there recently for a family meal, and the service was great very friendly and a pleasure to have around.Food portions are great too. Have the burger. Thank me later.

Really enjoy going here. It's always very friendly, peaceful and classy.Had the Henry Weston cider. Was lovely. Enjoyed some mussels cooked too perfection for 7.50. Was a big enough person for 3 people. Huge tub.Staff always very attentive.Perfect hospitality 😁

Well what an amazing meal…Service was spot on, even with a Wake happening and it being Easter Holidays.Food order arrived quickly, and portions were unbelievably…The Gammon was almost an 1” thick, and the Double Burger was so so tasty. Will definitely be back next time we visit the area again.

Absolutely stunning food, haven't been since it has been refurbished and it's absolutely beautifully done. The staff were super lovely too. Let my son help to gather chicken eggs from their coupe and we're really really nice. Service and food excellent xx

We held my 50th and our surprise wedding celebration here last night. We were given a gorgeous area with plenty of room for over 40 guests. We opted for a hot buffet and the food was absolutely amazing. We were looked after from start to finish and all our family thoroughly enjoyed the whole event. Thank you so much for making our day so special. Victoria and Daryl x

Very impressive building both inside and out. A pleasant welcome and more than the usual selection of Robinson's beers, of which we had the stout, which was rather tasty. The food was really good. It's just a bit dispiriting when the veggie and vegan choices are only a token one or two. At least one offering for vegans on the dessert menu would have made us stay for pudding. Nevertheless we had a pleasant evening and would probably pop in again if we're passing.

Lovely Pub in Cheshire. Excellent food in a superb Thatched Roof Pub from the 1930s. Even the tiles in the toilets are original from the 1936 Build. Definitely recommend stopping by rather than driving by! 👍👌

Fantastic pub. My partner and I really enjoyed our Sunday lunch here. Couldn't fault any part of the experience.

I booked into the Bleeding Wolf online on a Thursday for a Sunday roast. Be warned that this was too late, this place gets very busy on a Sunday and the only slot I could get in for was 12pm. Upon entering the building the resident chickens scared the life out of my girlfriend which was pretty funny, she thought they were fake as did every other visitor that entered. The service was excellent, everything we ordered made it to the table very quickly. However, this isnt a carvery type place and there were only 2 meats to choose from, the plates are brought out to you with a side of veg. The food was really nice though, but it was slightly on the cold side for my liking. It was a nice meal though and I would go back.

High end pub serving superb food. Loads of outdoor space. Great service. Black pudding mash and slow cooked belly pork was a culinary revelation!
