Very pleasant place to spend time and handy location for meetings etc. Facilities for group were excellent and air-conditioning on a warm day was very effective. I stayed on for a subsequent 1:1 and found a private-enough space but staff forgot our drink order. £4.95 for a small flat white was excessive.

Staff were v friendly. Your little touches as it was our Anniversary was much appreciated. Lovely evening mealIf only 1 bit of feedback. Please make your menu choices wider ranging . I could only eat the chicken choice. That was excellently cooked.All serving staff were v friendly and helpful re areas to visit etc.Overall 10/10 and we will be back again xThank you

Nice hotel in a good location but in need of a little tlc. Decor needs some renovation as there are signs of wear and tear. Staff are great and very attentive when things went wrong. Signature rooms are very modern and comfortable but again some attention needed. Safe broken and waiting for parts. Bathroom sink needs unblocking and showered head mildew needs cleaning. Food good and parking excellent.

Spent a night at The Cottons as we were having a big 50th party for my dad close by! It was a short stay, but very pleasant. We enjoyed the amenities and the restaurant! Staff were very friendly! They may need a little more knowledge on check out times as one staff member told us it was 1pm, but as we’ve stayed at quite a few hotels before we double checked and as we thought it was 11am.

Great stay, recommend the junior suite rooms, which include a outside seating area,Spa was great, 5 star, I’d say food is a 4 star not for quality, just for selection.The staff here are a great bunch of people and go above and beyond. Overall a great night away, would return.

We came to my nieces Wedding yesterday and had a really enjoyable time.Cottons is a beautiful venue and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We thought the drinks were very expensive. £12 for a glass of wine is extortionate really!!The food was beautiful and came out nice and hot.We were kept waiting in the foyer thought after the service before our wedding breakfast for over 1hr & 30mins which we thought was ludicrous and not very professional.But all in all we had a fantastic time! Thank you 😃

Have just had the most wonderful stay at the Cottons Hotel in Knutsford. I organised a hen party SPA weekend break for my daughter in law to be. A party of 14, arriving for lunch on Saturday till midday Sunday. From start to finish, we have all enjoyed an amazing and memorable time. Rooms, facilities and food were superb but a massive thank you to the wonderful, friendly and welcoming staff - nothing was a trouble for them, and a special mention for Chris, the Guest Manager who was amazing. The only one criticism would be the 2 hour SPA slot we were all looking forward to so much - no loungers available, all occupied and very few seats left, not enough for our party to be seated, then waited over one hour of our 2 hours to be able to use the hot tub, this was after we spoke to a member of staff who very professionally requested the occupants, who had overstayed their slot to vacate it and allow us to go in. Need to put something in place to ensure all guests can enjoy what they have planned and booked. Otherwise, would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really like this hotel. We've stayed quite a few times now and also held a Hen Do spa day here, which was equally as great.During each visit the staff across all departments have been fantastic - they're friendly, attentive and always happy to go above and beyond for you. The staff working in the spa treatment team are particularly lovely.The rooms are well decorated and spotlessly clean, with possibly the comfiest beds we've slept in besides our own! We always leave feeling well rested and relaxed.If I had to comment on anything, it would be that the buffet style breakfast worked much better than table service, as service can be quite slow. I'm hopeful that this will return now covid restrictions have lifted. We also used to be able to book a Junior Suite but prices have increased quite significantly, so we can no longer afford to do so. We're returning to Cottons in March and staying in a Signature Double for two nights - our first time in this room type - but I'm confident it will be just as good a stay.I highly recommend Cottons if you're looking for a relaxing break with great staff, tasty food and good spa facilities.

Had sunday lunch in the restaurant. Food was delicious, however service was absolutely shocking. Long waits for service from staff who didn't seem particularly happy to be there. Not very professional at all. Being sat in a booth also next to the main passage way with guests arriving and wandering (posing) in there dressing gowns wasn't particularly pleasant. Main course was delicious, starter and desserts not as advertised. Ingredients missing. In the end just wanted to get out - after nearly 3 hours. No desire to go back and wouldn't recommend. Money would be better spent elsewhere.

Excellent 2x night stay. Booked via booking.com & spa seekers. Nothing too much trouble from the staff. I felt a little unwell during my trip and the room service was excellent. I manage a similar sized facility and sometimes cannot help pick up on things others wouldn't, but only positive feedback. Lot's of attention to detail, very clean. Food was lovely also. They had a double Wedding on over the weekend and even that didn't phase anyone on their service delivery. Would likely opt for a superior double if stayed again as standard double had a slight business feel. Pool area a little busy. Maybe add afew more loungers and encourage tables in cafe area. Personally I'd open up that section into main room as seemed wasted space.
