Good cycle stop for lunch. Quality ingredients, friendly staff. Service a little slow when busy, but worth the wait. Outside seating overlooking the marina.

Oh how I love this cafe! We've visited quite a few times since discovering it. The Staff are lovey, the food is delicious, and the setting is stunning. If weather permits, sit outside and watch the narrow boats in the Marina and going past on the canal. I can't think of a better way to spend an hour or so.

Nice cafe, good menu and lovely staff. Tricky to sit outside on the day we visited as we were pestered by a lot of wasps (not the cafes fault obviously!). We moved inside though so that ended up ok. Lovely peaceful location overlooking the boats.

Arrived to collect our boat from here 26/07/21. Whist waiting for our food I approached a member of staff for some water for our dog as it was a very hot day.We didn't know the layout or where to go, we'd never been here before or on a canal boat. She was very rude and snapped "I'm trying to do food, you could get some yourself from toilet" After asking directions, I couldn't as they had automated mixer taps, water was hot.Eventually got some from tap at a mooring. First impressions count, you made one on me. Manners cost nothing, don't be so rude to visitors.I wouldn't rush back, try somewhere more pleasant!!

Great cafe, we had no problems reading the signs and actually ordering our food at the till. Food arrived quickly and was delicious.

Called in for a bite to eat yesterday and learned that it was only outdoor service so took a seat at one of the few benches in front of the cafe and watched the activity around the long boats moored up in front of us, in spite of there being only four other customers there at the time and staff clearing tables etc we were not approached and asked for our order in the twenty minutes we sat there so gave up and drove to a near by pub.Not impressed.

Perfect facilities to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Picturesque views of the marina area.

·

Excellent! Food was good, well presented and reasonably priced. Staff were very pleasant. Lots of little touches all around that make a difference. Everywhere was extremely clean and tidy. I would recommend to anyone.

·

Good cafe in nice location with reasonable food at standard type prices. If you like strong coffee ask for a second shot! Afterwards, take a stroll around the marina. Interesting and relaxing way to while away 15 or 20 minutes looking at the canal boats. On a pleasant and warm day it would be better still. Overall, worth a visit if you're out and about in the area.

Visited the cafe a few months ago and had breakfast. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We had a breakfast and it tasted home-cooked.Went again with some friends on bank holiday Monday and although all the tables outside were filled, none were filled inside. The food was a bit pricey, but I suppose that's to be expected considering the location.Because I was ravenous, I chose something that I thought would be quick and easy for them to prepare, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on a bagel. After a 30 minute wait, I asked a passing waitress if mine would be much longer, she didn't know. Another 15 minutes passed.I went to the counter to ask how much longer it would be. The waitress had a sour face and in a stroppy tone said they were busy and under her breath said, I would have to wait. I asked her to repeat what she said, which she did, so I asked her if she thought that was the right way to talk to a customer. I'm sorry to say that she couldn't have cared less. I spoke to the girl who had served me and asked for my money back. She was at a total loss and didn't know what to do. She went and got the chef, who seemed very stressed and said they were busy and just plating it up. I said that if they had told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait, I never would have ordered it.After another 10 minutes, my food finally arrived. It was nice, scrambled eggs a little overdone. But an hour to do a scrambled egg and smoked salmon bagel....There's so many lovely places around Nantwich to eat and I'll definitely be choosing one of those next time, over this place.
