Busy Friday early evening. Popped in for a quick tea went for a mixed grill which was over cooked and very charred. The fish and chips came only just warm enough to eat.We have eaten here a few times before with no issues so it might just be a one off.It would have been a very reasonable but spoilt by the chef, but we will try again another time.

Pleasant Spoons pub in Sandbach. This thoughtfully decorated venue offers great views of the cobbled square and is just the place to watch the world go by whilst enjoying the vast array of reasonably priced and most importantly, well kept ales. The food was good too, tasty and well presented. It can look a little unkempt at times and you may have to clear your table a little but this is more due to staffing levels rather than their attitude, and it does get busy at the usual peak times. Beers are regularly rotated through themes and offers well worth a visit.

Nicely presented Wetherspoons serving the usual selection of food and drink with the typical quality and prices that you'd expect from the chain.Food was a bit slow to arrive, however the staff were generally pleasant.

We have eaten here about 5 times over the last few months and the food is amazing for astonishingly cheap prices. We have always been there at lunchtime so far. Service has been prompt, food good and premises clean.Free hot drink top ups is an added bonus.

Staff were ignorant and not pleasant 31/3/22. Didn,t enjoy the meal to which point I woke up the next morning and was ill. The chips were rawish. Waste of money and will not go again.2 other branches in other locations were fine but Sandbach made me ill. Ruined belated Mothers Day meal.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, had a nice smooth pint of Guinness and an all day brunch. The food was very good quality and really reasonably priced. I would have happily paid a little more actually. The service was very prompt too, the staff actually couldn't have been more helpful.

Seemed quite a small Spoons but busy as usual. Interesting building. Service seemed odd. Most locals formed two snake like queues but staff seemed as confused by this as I was. Got served after a good wait. Beer was fine and a great price as usual. Had a pint of Flack from Hampshire.

It’s a spoons but more importantly using the app is great. I text my kids and said I was sat at table 40 and the sent me a beer. I basically had 3 pints for £2. Can it get better than that? The beer is cold and it was for the most part, free. 😁

Interesting old coaching Inn repurposed as a Weatherspoon. Meals are always good value, especially Lemon & herb chicken
