The Society Rooms in Cheshire East

Met some friends here as it's in the town centre. It was very quiet. Many things on the menu were unavailable on a Wednesday evening which was odd bearing in mind there was hardly anyone in the place. Food was ok. Staff friendly and polite. Ladies toilets were amazing, very art deco, clean and hot water instantly.

Brilliant. I don't go out much and arranged to meet a friend there.Clean, friendly. Coffee vastly cheaper than some places- Lavazza. Surprisingly, saw so many friends I haven't seen for long time.Does what it says on the label. Society Rooms..I'll go again to read or do crossword. I liked the atmosphere: oh, and the food I had was gorgeous.😊

First time here and a minor error in the order rectified immediately so no complaints. Chef extremely apologetic and courteous. Never had a bad experience in JD's and as ever, it depends a lot on location as to the differing atmospheres. We'll be back that's for sure!

Std 'spoons really, good pizza's and service. Cleared tables quick too. Only thing I'd say is we visited Sat tea time and there were quite a few rowdy groups, and it's pretty open plan so hard to tuck away if you've got kids.

Worst pub in the UK I've been in. Not getting any better. Serve until 1am at weekends and want you out at 1.10 not good. Managers could be a lot better.

Venue is bright spacious spotlessly clean.Staff are friendly .Meal was served fairly quickly and was hot.I came back this morning for breakfast.I had traditional which was adequate for me but you can get smaller or larger depending on your appetite. They also offer vegetarian option. Variety of coffees tea or hot chocolate sold for 1-20 unlimited. In conclusion it is value for money .Only drawback is have to use council car park but that is only 1-20 for 2 hours .

Subjective review alert! 5 stars because it was clean, staff were friendly and its simply the best value breakfast out there. Is it the same as other 5 star places I've reviewed, well the answer is of course no. That's the point of subjective reviews. I've been in some utter dives by wetherspoons and this is one of the best.

Typical weatherspoons, all the same, it wins with its predicable settings. Attracts a few idiots but even them sort themselves out if you let them have there rant in isolation. Lovely hard working staff providing an excellent service.

You have to hand it to Spoons.....what value, what friendly service and an impressive building to boot. Ruddles scandalously was 20p cheaper than last week in Manchester Seven stars!!! My Curry was microwaved a lot better and tasted sooo much better than last weeks though. Went in after our draw with The Silkmen and drank till midnight and been in this morning for endless coffee and beans on toast.....£3.15....unbelievable...I love Wetherspoons
