Great restaurant. Made my mums birthday special with a free pudding! Thank you!

Very tasty food, though being veggie their options were limited, come on chef, get going green it’s not all about the meat. Shall I drop off a copy of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s Veg book for you !

We had a Sunday roast and a pudding. A bit expensive! The pudding was weird the drinks are expensive and you have to walk a way to order to go and pay afterwards but food was good quality but I need more vegetables on my roast dinner thanks

Visited for a meal with friends. Great service. Good selection of food. Staff are attentive without being over bearing. A credit to the establishment. I will be back.

Went for an early evening meal, had not booked. No problem, very hospitable and courteous. Nice table, clean, menu varied. Food delicious, will certainly recommend and return.

Well, what can I say, we went for a pre-Mothers day meal with the family and was really looking forward to it, to be fair we hadn't been to this place since Covid and were regulars then as we lived in Sandbach. Without being too unkind, the meal was awful, steak (which was very expensive) was average at best but the only thing which saved the day was the staff, they were lovely, very friendly and polite, I suspect this place is living on its previous reputation, but I'm sorry guys, to be the best is one thing but to maintain it is another, I just hope you sort your kitchen issues out soon before reputation diminishes.. we will return, but not for sometime.

The place looks great, cocktails etc very nice. service was a little slow (drinks/getting the bill)Food wasn't as good as I expected it to be, beef cheeks were luke warm and had a strange hard to eat texture.Staff knew the menu and answered any questions we had, was just expecting similar standard as the bears paw in Warmingham

Stayed for one night. All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Although our room wasn't quite ready, staff were extremely apologetic and offered a complimentary bottle of prosecco and wavered the early check-in fee. The food in the restaurant was delicious, as was breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Loved the temple spa toiletries and other little touches provided. We will most certainly be staying again. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
