Dirty bathroom, not even sure it was cleaned. Staff were helpful but it was too late at night to say anything.Noisy location due to the trucks nearby.

One of the better lodges. Only thing was a loose tap head, everything else worked well. If you plan to eat in the KFC check the times, shut 6pm Monday, really. As normal, extra charge for WiFi even in this day and age, rubbish. Check the prices because day rates change and can nearly double.

stayed here unexpectedly due to storm eunice. on way to our holiday. had lovely stay. clean. friendly staff. comfy bed. stayed with our cocker spaniel ava. Good price too formality room although had to pay extra £20 night for dog which we thought was a bit too much.

Stayed here one night as we had been to Manchester and home was a long way to travel. Rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom needed redecoration. It's a shame you can't put a bed guard on the single beds there to keep little ones safe.

Just of the M6 this place is convenient. Room was the standard Travelodge spec and was clean and tidy. It's location is used by a HGV's and the trucks where parked up on the acces road. Which made it a bit dodgy getting back out onto the main road albeit the main road is not that busy.

Though convenient location at the edge of M6 motorway - but room and bathroom were not properly clean. There was a slight smell of water coming from hallway carpets as well. However lower price kind of offset above issue.

The hotel is old and smells. The carpets are filthy and our room was infested with flies. The staff were defensive, gave excuses for the stains and were not surprised about the flies. They were not helpful providing a refund. I was fobbed of several times when I asked to speak to the manager. I paid a similar price to what I had paid for a room at Travelodge Crewe and Travelodge Newcastle upon Lyme but the standard is NOT the same. Very dissapointing.

It was ok, the beds were as comfy as you'd expect from travelogue, the staff were nice, and this is the first place I'd been to were they encouraged takeout delivery inside the place let alone actually letting you eat inside. But the actual room was rather messy, it could have done with a good hoover, the sink plug got stuck, and the bath had an off-putting orange stain in the middle so I didn't feel like using it. Over all okish stay, it was a roof over our heads and a pillow under it for a single night on our way home. Not too bad for the low price.

Low cost, comfortable. Stayed with my 3 children and had no problems at all. Clean beds, clean room. One downside would be something on the wall next to the toilet but other than that great little hotel. Didn't have to check out until 12pm either which meant no rushing around.

Receptionist friendly. Room, clean, bed comfy. Great night's sleep. Very peaceful. Plenty of parking. Gregg's, KFC and petrol station all in same area. Right by the M6 but only a few miles away from Stoke-on-Trent Town centre.
