Alcohol was extremely expensive, but staff were very efficient and welcoming

·

We did not find bins anywhere during our visit.

·

Ridiculously expensive so just bought a coffee, which I can honestly say was one of the worst I've ever had.

·

I came in for a latte and the gentleman that served me was very pleasant and polite. My coffee was made in a few minutes and I was very happy with the speediness! I will definitely be coming again before my trains.

·

Was good but the lady at the till was streached...taking orders, payments, and prepare orders. I felt sorry for her.

·

Good customer service and got quite satisfied and yummy hot chocolate

I have never been so underwhelmed by a sandwich in my life. It was under-filled, dry, and the possibly one of the smallest baguette I've had the luxury of paying £4.49 for. Adding £3.89 for a luke warm large cup of tea with one tea bag not able to turn the milky broth any other colour than dishwater white topped off this unique and unamazing experience. The only reasons it got 2 stars was because it was open, and because the place was clean and the staff were friendly. It makes the 1980's British Rail Cheese Sandwich seem appealing!

Had the most disgusting hot chocolate I have ever tasted in my life. I'll admit I have a bit of a sweet tooth but this was just overly artificially sweet. I honestly gagged when i took a swig. Do NOT go here

Not sure of other people's experiences but I went in here for a coffee in-between train changes.(read end bit for coffee verdict) Firstly it looked clean and welcoming with a decent selection. Secondly the coffee they sell is lavazza for those coffee lovers. Okay so a small mocha was over 3 pounds which to be honest is a little bit more expensive than other places but you are paying for a name a proper barista and convenience of on station. The staff were polite and although they started closing off some areas and bringing tables in it didn't seem like an inconvenience to be there. Right do the coffee was genuinely one of the best I've ever had period. Dont know why but even my personal favourite of cafe Nero didn't come as close. So overall very satisfied. The name of the coffee lived up to it. Bear in mind food did seem a bit expensive but as I've said your paying for choice and convenience so don't be too hasty to give it one star.

The short woman with red hair was so ignorant and rude to me today. I went to buy a banana and so I picked my drink and went to the banana bowl (by the till). The bananas looked gross so I didn't have one but I stood by the till waiting, I stood there whilst she served someone else and when she finished she told me that I am standing in the wrong place and made me stand back in a queue of 5 people even though I was there first. I was also there before the man she served Stella to at 8:30 in the morning. We all had to wake up early this morning there's no need to be an ignorant, condescending woman because you make coffee for a living. I feel like they need a good manager here to whip the staff into shape, so unimpressed.
