Very nice food and staff but needed more staff

Friendly staff & selection of well kept real ales TVs on but with volume turned down, thankfully

Called in early on a Friday.. Nice and quite. First visit. I will be back.

Went on Saturday 25/9/21 a band called Stepping Lane was playing, the first band I've seen since the end of lock down had a fantastic night. Good selection of beer, friendly helpful staff. Went back following day for an excellent Sunday roast dinner. Will definitely go again if ever I'm in the area

First time out since March 2020! I’m so glad we picked this pub. The menu is great and the food was faultless!! Warm and welcoming atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely eat here again

Fabulous Pub recently taken over by Fantastic Gay Couple Wayne and Ben who have done a magnificent job in turning this large pub into a great entertainment venue!Recently painted and also new signs outside. Car park at rear and smoking area. Pool table, great live music and entertainment on a Saturday night!Friday night is Karaoke night.Sunday lunches (although not eaten here yet)Not many real ales (although the one I recently tried was excellent, I prefer real ale) but they make up for it with the great atmosphere!Highly recommended pub.

Fab pub. Fab landlords... friendly crowd... n damn fine beer!
