My go to takeaway for eastern cuisine.... Fresh and tasty Everytime

·

Excellent food, nice to see a busy open kitchen too. It's popular and gets very busy at weekends. The staff do their best and are always welcoming and polite.

·

Highly expensive. I would expect to pay just over five pounds for chips and boiled rice wanted almost ten pounds TOO EXPENSIVE

Took an hour and fifty minutes to come. Second time this has happened within a month. Considering how much you charge place is a joke won't order again awful takeawaySo food finally turned up........ Chicken was lovely but that's as far as it goes.Flat bread was more like dough, chips were soggy food was not street food more like trash food.Look elsewhere if you want a decent takeaway.

I have ordered with them twice. The first tome ordering I spoke to a young girl taking the orders who seemed very new and confused. They took our address wrong despite telling her 4 times. Our food was delivered to the wrong address and we had the take away driver calling, I was on the phone to him for 10 minutes having to explain directions. The food was very tasty though so we decided to order again tonight. The same young girl took my order I had to repeat the address several times again. She read the order back to me which was correct however when receiving our food we were short. I called up and stated we haven’t received it, she said she forgot to add it to my order and asked if I want to pay for it to be delivered out. No apology. I felt the customer service was terrible from the girl taking the order to the delivery driver. I think maybe the young girl needed a bit more training and support. We will not be ordering again.

The food is absolutely delicious. Always fresh and hot. There is a vast range to choose from. The dim sums are especially great. The menu is very detailed, great for people with allergens. The kitchen area is open plan so you can view the chefs at work. Would highly recommend

1st Chinese takeaway ordered since lockdown.... delivered within the hour (as requested). Socially distanced delivery. Meals ordered were hot, well packed, good quantity. Salt n pepper spare ribs large and tasty, fried rice portions of good quality and quantity. Excellent curry sauce side dish. Chicken and broccoli in oyster sauce chunky and tasty. It was also our first order from Wok2Go at all, having only moved into the area relatively recently. So based on quality, quantity, taste, and price (which was also reasonable) I can only give them this recommendation.

DO NOT GET A TAKEAWAY from here. The food was an absolute disgrace and the service to match. The manager/owner GEORGE is a vile excuse of a person. Asked for a refund as the quality was poor. Unable to eat. Salt and preservatives galore! I will be going to trading standards and out of my way to make necessary complaints about his vile behaviour. Screamed in the background while explaining the issues to the girl on the phone and then screamed at me and hung up. Telling me if I want a refund to drop the food back off myself. Apparently policies. Made up policy he meant. I will make sure all these complaints are looked into properly as your not fit to run a takeaway. Recorded the phone call and will be making sure you get closed down if not all these valid complaints are finally handled. Absolute failure. Sort yourself out and learn basic customer service skills.

Horrific! As per the meaning in the Cambridge dictionary 'very bad and shocking'. If you would like your food delivered 3 hours after ordering this could be the takeway for you. 'Your the next order out' and then 30 minutes later, 'you should be the next order out' - should? Eh? Talk about fobbed off!! Then another 15 minutes later the driver does not know where you live as 'he is new'. I would not mind as a one off but we got the same BS a few weeks ago with friends over. We ended up eating at 10.30pm. It's now 10.25pm and have given up on a 'relaxing takeway' as and end to the week so have requested a refund. Rediculously poor service. If they cannot cope with the orders then they should do the right thing and stop taking peoples money if they cannot deliver the food. Contempt for their paying customers? Best advice from us is to spend your money elsewhere!
