Ahmed Indian Takeaway in Cheshire West and Chester

1 star, says it all unfortunately. disgusting.

My favourite curry take away place in Chester. Had a Chicken Tikka Sylhety, which is amusingly described on the menu as 'slightly recommended'. It's fantastically tasty!!We live close to Indian restaurants that proclaim themselves to be 'award winning' and 'Chesters best', but nowhere has come close to the Ahmed. Will be back soon.

Always great food, i can recommend the Chicken Tikka Rogan Josh, but ask them to spice it up a bit 👍🏻

The food I order was late, I phoned the restaurant and enquired about my meal, it turns out it was delivered to the wrong address. The restaurant dealt with the issue very quickly. I had a nice hot meal within 15mins. Was definitely worth waiting for.

Got the order wrong but i have always enjoyed this place.

Extremely unhygienic. A guy was wiping the table top with same cloth he was using to hold the meat while taking them off the skewers and the naan .... told him not to do this. Later i got tummy aches and vomiting.... not recommended at all

Pretty sure Ahmed spat in my curry....Abseloutely shocking, I slowly opened the packaging, and I discovered a massive blob of fluid in the curry which I soon realised was saliva. Certainly would avoid unless you like spit in your food

Just ordered a meal from ahmed today 13/11/2020 i must admit, it was probably the worst jalfrezi i have ever had, it was bland no flavour at all, normally a jalfrezi has a kick with but this one had nothing just a bland sauce with dry chicken, wont order from here again.

Absolutely appalled at the curry we ordered from Ahmed Indian. Ordered two kormas, one of which came with completely ruined packaging. We paid £18 for two kormas, a packet of chips and popadoms. We had one single popadom arrive, absolutely appalling! The packaging was put on our white table, which clearly is faulty packaging because it has permanently stained our table bright green. Rude on the phone when rang up to complain and refused to give refund. VERY unhappy customers, would not recommend.
