Bella Italia Chester in Cheshire West and Chester

Good food but zero customer service no one asked us how was our food or woud we like anything else! the place looked dirty and some table was no clear in whole our stay around us! ned good cleaning top to bottom and few more staff

Amazing staff and great customer service. The food was some of the best I have tasted. Great location right in the centre of Chester. Amazing wait time shorter than most places I have been to and worth the prices they charge!

As visitors to Chester we were a little disappointed in the menu. Very limited. We paid approx £4.00 for a side salad that came in something slightly bigger than an egg cup. I remember when the salads used to be served in a much larger bowl. The pasta I ordered was just OK. Tourists there are better places to eat in Chester. It was a last minute booking for us.

Average experience! I personally felt the menu was extremely limited ( if you wanted a pizza, there was only a choice of about 8).Whilst the service was relatively quick (and staff friendly), the food was nothing special... and this place is not cheap!What really annoys me was the "optional" service charge added to your bill. Whilst you can obviously ask for it to be removed, I would rather choose what amount to leave. Whilst clearly displayed, I find it underhand in terms of an approach.

Unfortunatly we sat 3 tables from the door, constantly being open and shut by delivery people with very large bags making it very cold. We find this unacceptable for a restaurant it was more like a market cafe. We requested to move to another table, one staff member reluctant to fill the request, until I said if not we will pay for the drinks and leave. Another member of staff obliged.The food was good. Not worth the interruption of the delivery people and bags.

Extremely happy and friendly staff despite the challenge of a busy bar and restaurant. You can tell these girls have worked really hard and still enjoyed every minute of what they do! Had a lovely Monday lunch here.

Wonderful meal,excellent menu choice, we had 2 different choices of pasta, side salad and garlic bread, tasty and well presented. Excellent attentive service even though there was only one waiter and he was busy, nothing too much trouble. Best one we've been to.

Great service, especially with my gluten free requirements. Quick service and lovely food. It does always feel just that little bit big chain company though, which I know it is. But still nice

Visited bella Italia on 080921. We hadn't been for around fifteen years as our last experience in Leeds was a bit below par, however our experience this time in Chester was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food arrived quickly and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We will be visiting Chester again shortly and we will happily try bella Italia again
