The best Indian restaurant I've ever visited. Great food, very fresh, friendly service and a nice environment. Prices are also good and the staff always enjoy having a conversation. Absolutely excellent. Give it a try!

Food is absolutely delicious! I didn’t expect to find such a nice Indian restaurant in a small town like Northwich but everything exceeds my expectations! Nice view, nice decor, friendly staff and superb food. Will surely come back again.

Great Indian food at reasonable prices. The service is excellent too.Update 04/2022: service levels have dropped but still at a reasonable level. Not exactly sure why some tables were out of bounds when we visited. And these were the best tables over looking the river.

Food was OK, service was good. It's a large restaurant and was very busy even on a Tuesday evening when I went with family. So, best to book to be on the safe side. The surrounding area is pleasant and there is a good bar next door. Recommended but perhaps with a 3.5 rather than a 4.

Not as good as previous visits. Came in relatively late on a quiet weekday and clearly the waiters didn't have much to do. There's nothing wrong with being attentive but we were interrupted every 3 minutes asking how was the food, did we want more drinks etc. Oddly everyone disappeared when it came to getting the bill! Food was tasty but the lamb in my dish was really tough and had several large chunks of bone in it (3cm cubes or so) which was disappointing. I'd suggest using a different supplier. Hopefully just an off night.

Terrible service but food was good as always. Should’ve ordered the takeaway to avoid the terrible service and get 20% off while I’m at it. Waited nearly an hour for food with no explanation and when asked, the waiter responded “well it doesn’t look busy in the restaurant but the kitchen is busy with takeaway orders”. An apology to their obvious mistake for forgetting our order would’ve been acceptable but the none apologetic attitude with constant talk back from someone who’s supposed to be delivering customer service was appalling. It just shows the poor restaurant management if they can’t provide table service due to prioritising takeaway orders (but it was so obvious that they forgot our order from the facial expressions on other staff). I was patient the whole time even when they gave me a dirty plate to eat from but was extremely upset after receiving the bill and that same staff looking at us and completely ignored when we wanted the card machine, never mind offering any discount. After a few attempts on getting his attention, he came over with the card machine, did not speak or smile at us, just walked away with a horrible attitude while yanking the receipt tray past my face. Used to regularly dine here, will no longer recommend this place to friends or family.

Incredible, Had a house special Balti Shan Tikka, it was a 3 chilli rated dish, they weren’t kidding was hot but probably best curry dish I’ve ever had. Onion Bhaji’s were abit too crispy for me, but everything else was mega all hot fresh incredible. All the Staff were really friendly the young kate was particularly nice had a laugh.

Great location and views from the windows but no air-conditioning to counter the current hot weather.Good good with some limitations, and excellent drinks.

Super friendly and helpful staff, always a guaranteed pleaser with the food. Really enjoyed the flavours, depth and taste of everything. Starters were crispy no grease and the mains portions are always generous.
