Burger King in Cheshire West and Chester

If I could of put zero I would have. Ordered via the drive through and was given tap water instead of bottled, no other option offered. We had to wait in the bay for our food and when it was delivered our child's food was missing. I then went in to explain and get our missing burger to be confronted by Sam who said she was the area manager. She was clearly having a bad day! She explained she had packed the bag and it was there. I then asked her where it had gone and she gave no other explanation. I asked her if she was saying I had stollen it, she said yes! I asked her to check the car, she said there was no need as she had packed the bag. Never in my life have I been so insulted. I then got my family in the store including my very upset 4 year old who just wanted his burger. Sam looked at him and said she wouldnt get another one.

Parked up to wait for food from the drive through, child’s burger was missing.Went in to ask for the missing burger.Literally accused of theft of the burger by the manager, who insisted that she had packed the bag herself and was certain no mistake had been made.It clearly had. The total order was £26 Why would I steal a kids cheeseburger?Invited her to search my car and look under my 4 year olds car seat, in case he’s a dishonest theif like his mum and dad.I mean, speechless.

Shocking. Ordered through the app. Stood waiting for food for over 20 minutes before I approached the counter to ask where my order was only to be told the app doesn't inform the restaurant that I'm here and you have to tell them you are waiting... Meanwhile the app says that they are preparing the order... Ordered a lot of food through apps over the past few years and never experienced this before. Burger King it's really easy to reword the instructions in the app.

After placing our order we had to proceed to the second window dodging the local wild life going back and too from the building…… RATS, I asked for some barbecue sauce, which has always been given freely, the manager insisted on charging me 30p, instead of using management skills which should really reply in saying we will have to charge you next time sorry, would of been more acceptable to me as a customer. Asked for a refund and went to mc Donald’s. Won’t be going Burger King again , no wonder the place is empty 🤔

First impression of this restaurant were disappointing to say the least, there were empty food bags across several tables. Straws and serviettes over the floor and sides. Discarded food and drink spills and muddy footprints over the floor. There were several members of staff on duty, non welcoming or friendly. Please act on these reviews and listen to customers clean up your act!!! We will not be returning.

Wait was really long, they look completely out of control in the kitchen and in the time I was there not one person was out cleaning tables.The drink dispenser QR scanning is a farce and all they has was cherry, strawberry and grape Fanta, nothing else.Probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to for service.Oh and no hot drinks available 🙈

Never have I experienced such filthy fast food chain like Elesmere port outlet Burgerking! I am surprised no one has been poisoned! The chips smelt like sweaty socks, The Burger was cold. No hot drinks and no ice in the cold machine. The tables where full of food left overs and rubbish! Bins where over flowing! This place needs to be closed down!

Disgusting level of hygiene and shocking service. All masks are around chins, staff are chewing food with their masks down whilst preparing food, no hand sanitiser working for anyone to use, and after a 1 hour wait for food the order was wrong anyway, which we couldn't prove because they didn't give us a receipt. Appalling.

Dreadful experience today I love BK and this was by far the worst I've been here in the uk and abroad. The burger was cold no soft drinks available and a very long wait no trays just a paper bag. Seemed like there wasn't enough staff to keep up with the demand.

Absolutely disgusting, tables not cleared and dirty ,food all other floor bins overflowing not very covid friendly . Toilets in a mess and staff happy to just stand around with no customers in the shop instead of cleaning Emailed manager who happened to be on holiday..no surprise there but still awaiting reply from him
