Carluccio's (Cheshire) in Cheshire West and Chester

Lovely breakfast, hot and very tasteful. Friendly staff and the service was quick. Breakfast, coffee and fresh juice £11.50 amazing

The restaurant is amazing with a wonderful staff! Clean bathroom, but I don't know if they have another bathroom to people with disabilities, because you have to go up in a lot of infinite stairs. Besides that, the food is super good and they deliver it quickly. The fresh lemonade is awesome too

Food was fantastic and the servers very friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant also. The carbonara was simple but delicious.

Food was good quality in smallish portions. Waitress was friendly enough but lacked training on giving customer experience.One example being when they didn't have what my wife had ordered, she came over to tell her then stood behind waiting for her to choose something else rather than returning a short time later. There were a few other issues too which could have been dealt with better.Might come again but there are a few other Italian restaurants in Chester I prefer

Had a bit of a mare due to a faulty fridge wasting most of their food just after Christmas and a lot wasn't ideal with our meal but wanted to reward the manager and the woman serving us with a good review for the way it was handled and the taste of the food we did have. I'd imagine that on a normal evening , this place is excellent, as I've found other carluccios to be.

Lovely restaurant with a varied menu. Food was great, service could have been a tad more attentive - it was fast at times and slow at others - although this could have been lack of staff/covid etc. I would certainly go again.

Ben who was training Ben 2.0 was lovely…I wasn’t expecting much having eaten in Carluccios a few times when I lived in Dubai and found each franchise pretty cazzo to be honest. However…today’s lunch was delicious. Sumptuous olives, bouncy bread and very good pasta work meant I had a truly lovely date lunch. Thanks to Alex the chef and the Bens for changing my mind so much I’ll be back again!

Took a minute to be acknowledged by staff on the door but friendly once in. Nice food. All staff wearing masks. Tables didnt seem any further apart than normally would be pre-covid

I had a pleasant experience and will return. The seafood linguine I had was excellent. Food was served quickly and waiters were friendly and polite.

Service is quick, high quality and lovely. they had a great selection of vegan food and the ingredients were fresh and tasted amazing. A great menu with good portion sizes that fill you up. Definitely worth a visit if you want a lovely lunch or dinner.
