Caspain Kebab House in Cheshire West and Chester

Had a kebab from here tonight. Excellent quality and clean premesis.

Took over 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive, despite at time of ordering told 55 mins for delivery -.complete joke. Food was in wet & soggy boxes/paper bags. Not the most appealing or best quality of food. Very disappointing and won't be buying from their again.

Kebab chicken? Yes geezer, it's a winner but you will want more of it so buy more.

Terrible service.- 2 and a half hours late- I was lied to on the phone repeatedly about the driver “on his way”- food arrived cold and the order was incorrectHands down the worst kebab shop I’ve ever tried to order from. Refund request sent.

Everything they make is always 10 out of 10 and they are so friendly. Number 1 takeaway spot 😇

Never again . Omg I paid £35 for 2 apparently large kebabs on naan which were average at best and a 12 inch pizza . Rubbish. Try Facefood they have a website it's all good. large chicken shish on naan it's Fabulous

The negative reviews seem to be about delivery - I think it's worth going to collect. Tonight we had a Chef's kebab and lamb and chicken combi kebab. The quality of the meat was fantastic and cooked perfectly. Portion sizes very generous and lots of fresh, crunchy salad which was also of very good quality. I guess that's why the Caspian has been in business as long as it has.

The only good thing about my order was the driver who was at least polite.My food was 30 mins late, it cost £5 for delivery and there was another extra 50p "service charge".The onion rings were like rubber, the pitta bread was like leather and the salad consisted of about 70% onion. I spent £31.10 in total and could eat about a third of the food.I certainly won't repeat this experience

Always fantastic food, very accommodating to the odd order change and it’s always piping hot. Love that they ask whether you want salt and vinegar. Nowhere else I’d go for a Kebab.

I ordered 2 large chicken kebabs and came saturated in grease, they were unedible and never like they have been before.i called and advised them and say i would just like a refund and the driver could pick up the food so they could see how bad it was.The man was not only patronising and asked if I knew what a kebab was, told.me a driver could not return as too busy and the manger was too busy to talk. I offered to come to the shop with the food and to do an exchange for my refund.. he then kept repeating I am blackmailing.him... I kindly advised I was not and it was a straight swap... he is was supposed to call me back in 10 mins, he is yet to call.I have.ordered countless good take aways from here with no issues. I am now logging a complaint via JustEat complete with pictures and would advise if your food isnt great then suck it up as they are as useful as a chocolate fireguard and frankly darn right rude.
