Chester Kebab House in Cheshire West and Chester

Wrap was minimally filled, more bread than filling. Only chicken shawarma available, no other kebabs, though charcoal was still on. Was charged just after ordering, then staff tried to charge me again just before collection. Poor value for money.

We ordered sea bass from here and the fish was half raw. I realised after half way of eating. I also fed some of the fish to my 12 month baby. When I asked the waiter (Charlotte) to take the fish of the bill, she replied with “sorry I can’t do that. It’s okay to eat raw fish”Poor customer service. Only when I then asked to at least give us a discount, she took £3 off.I’m just appalled by the way the waiter responded and thought it’s okay to give customers raw fish. If I wanted to eat raw fish I would have jumped in the sea and catch one by myself.

Been here a few times, for takeaway and eat in, food is excellent, and well priced and the staff very friendly, definately the best takeaway/restaurant in chester by far, keep up the good work guys, chester has far too many takeaways that are more like soup kitchens for the homeless unlike yours! Will be visiting again this weekend 👍

I have ordered something that should be served with potato or chips. They have added £2.00 extra to my order for the small portion of chips. Refused to provide receipt

This place was recommended by a friend of a friend. We weren't sure but so glad we went, food was delicious, staff were really friendly especially Tina who helped us with our order and also ensured we were happy and looked after us throughout. Definitely recommend this place.

Their shawarma is so good. I went back to taste their lamb shish and i was satisfied with it. Fresh flat bread, garlic sauce so yummy plus their free lentil soup. I will definitely go back for the biryani rice.

Went for takeaway on a rainy day. Grilled Seabass fish was amazingly delish. Big portion sizes. The staff was very helpful, they wrapped my food packaging in clingfilm so it doesn't get wet from the rain water. Definetly will go back to try other dishes.
