Costa Coffee in Cheshire West and Chester

Staff very helpful lovely manager can't do enough to help you very pleasant service x clean too

Ordered two of the new frappe's we had gotten a few weeks before without any problem however we got one back perfectly and the other was nothing but just a blended mango sorbet in a cup with nothing else.

Best Costa for miles Friendly staff, clean, good customer service. Well done

A nice coffee shop, for take out, or sit in, an under cover area, in the shopping centre, staff was quick and very pleasant

Love the coffee at Costa. Staff are always helpful & friendly

Today , my latte was made by a red hair lady and it wasn't taste good. Nothing was right today, no clean spoons, not even thank you, she wasn’t in a mood today. I won't visit again this place. If you don't enjoy making coffees and meet and greet customers, you better stay at home and be angry at yourself.

Went in yesterday. Server was surley and abrupt. Charged £5.10 for medium latte and portion of toast, declined jam, although it was put on the tray. Returned the jam which was greeted with a rolling of eyes. Asked for extra hot latte but got a luke warm one. Will think twice about returning there again

I visit at least once a week. The service is always excellent. The coffee is always great. The lady with the short hair is so polite and friendly, also she is absolutely stunning beautiful.

Friendly staff, good drinks. It is freezing though and not very cosy, which is what you look for after a busy shopping day. I would recommend for a take out coffee

I would call this drink many things but a cappuccino is not one of them. Where is the foam? Why is it as boiling as lava? Why did i waste my money on this? Why does the costa machine in the supermarket make better cappuccino than their so called baristas? I guess robots are taking over the world after all.
