Crepeaffaire Chester in Cheshire West and Chester

Every single time i go to Crêpeaffaire and ask for waffles from menu they’re saying they’re out, on Saturday afternoon, seriously, how can you be run out of dough, it takes a literally minute to prepare. You also need to wait quite a long time for a crepe which definitely shouldn’t take that long. Crepe is tasty in overall but then it’s quite hard to make it poorly when you put loads of whipped cream and other ready toppings. Not awful but wouldn’t recommend to best friend.

We brought our Son in on the weekend as he hadn’t had his tea yet. We ordered a ham and cheese crepe which he loved but as we went to pay the lovely lady behind the counter said the card machine was down and she gave it us for free and we will so impressed with the service and food

Order a milkshake and latte with 2 cannolis, which for the price isn't worth what I got. Rock solid pastry which wouldn't break with the force of my hands, it eventually broke when i smashed it with my hand against the plate and once I could actually eat it the taste wasn't worth my effort. The milkshake didn't taste like its fresh and most of there products are frozen. The main member of staff tried charging me for items i didn't order which they had ran out of then pushed me off to another lower member of staff like I wasn't worth her time, several people left within the time we came in and she was rude to them all. I nearly threw up when in the restaurant because of the pastry and wouldn't recommend if you value your intestines. When we left we asked how old the uncovered pastries were they said there fresh everyday even though they're obviously old to taste and touch, also stored in a heated area.

I took the kids here for a special breakfast treat and it was lovely. It took a while to work the app but the staff were friendly and helped out and they were lovely with the kids who's eyes could not believe the beauty of the chocolate and strawberries! My husband and I had savoury crepes which were just delishious and so much choice for us as we are vegetarian. Thank you.

I've visited this place on a day I had to leave Chester and I was very happy to be able to try so delicious savoury, vegan crèpe with 🥑avocado, matcha late and so delightful cannoli! The staff is absolutely fabulous!Thank you so much guys! You rock!!! Rock'n' Roll!👍👍👍

These crêpes were amazing, they’re so fresh & delicious !! Staff were very nice and friendly, we’ll be back for sure !! Can’t wait for my next visit with more friends🙌

Visited this morning whilst exploring the city. 3/4 meals were great definitely recommend making your own concoction!A variety of drinks on option and nice selection of sweet topping options and pastries to go with them.

What a lovely little place, came in to escape the rain and met the lovely Daz, unfortunately his till decided not to play game and wouldn’t switch on technology eh who needs it 🤫but he directed me to the online site and I managed to place my order there so very easy. Had a beautiful old fashioned lemon and sugar was lovely. As he was a fellow Trekkie I sat there for 20 minutes just talking about that was lovely, real personal touch. Will come again.

Food was lovely, first time here. The staff were welcoming and very helpful because the online site wasn't working very well, they sorted it all out for us and they gave us a very good discount for nhs/student and because of the hassle with the online order. I'll definitely be coming back. The only thing we didn't like was the bakery bit it showed Croissant and we saw a few different display pastries in the shops that looked so good but they never had them to order which is a big shame, but hopefully they'll start doing more pastries.Thanks for a lovely meal
